We had a great experience buying my wedding band here. As soon as we walked in the door, we were met with a smile and excellent customer service. Our associate Alexis, was knowledgable and she even cleaned my engagement ring before trying on any bands. She was instrumental in having the rings sized in plenty of time for the wedding.

I went to get my ring cleaned three days before the wedding and they told me one of my side stones were loose. They already had in ready to ship off before I could tell them I needed it in less than three days!!! They told me that if fell out while they were cleaning it, it would not be their fault and that I shouldn't wear it until I could give it up for more than 9 days (that's how long they told me it would take to fix!) So I went my whole day worring about if I still had all of my stones in my ring!

We got both my engagement ring and our wedding bands from Sartor's. My engagment ring is actually a simple blue sapphire in a tiffany band setting and they were more than willing to help us in making something different from the typical diamond band.

In fact they gave us the idea for what to get for my wedding band which was a simple two diamond wraparound jacket. And whenever we come into the store the salesman always has to mention just how gorgeous my ring is.

They were all so nice and much more willing to talk to and help us than any of the other mall jewelry stores in Lincoln.

Sartor Hamann is a great jewelry. THey are not your normal in the mall jewerly shop. They have high quality rings and easy to work with. They are very pricey... but I think it is worth the money

Cyndi, Michelle, and Laurie made Dennis and I feel very pampered and welcome. They gave us exceptional service every time we walked into the store. Cyndi even went so far as to go to another store location on her day off to show us a ring. Talk about going above and beyond! It is nice to know some people still believe in giving good customer service while still giving a hometown feel. We love this place and plan on referring all of our friends here.

they make wonderful jewelry. the lady who sold my husband my ring, brought it to him a work, after it was done being sized! that was pretty cool i thought! the only thing that was bad, was we were not told when we got a credit card from the company, that if we didn't have the ring paid off by the end of the year, we would be charged back interest! which ended up being over $700 dollars! so just make sure that ring is paid off!

Staff was very knowledgeable and brought us to ease when purchasing our first large jewelry purchase. Staff wasn't pushy at all.

My ring has a beautiful Hearts on Fire diamond and my husband's was custom made. Anna helped us with everything, I would highly recommend working with her.

My husband and I purchased our bands at Sartor Hamann and had a wonderful experience. My engagement ring had an unusual shape so we spent a lot of time looking for a band which would look right, and the salesperson had great creative ideas. She also was very careful to double-check the engraving we requested, as it was in Spanish. I definitely recommend Sartor Hamann!
