The service was excellent. We rented chairs and tablecloths for our wedding. Their response to all my questions was excellent. The rentals were delivered on time. The products were clean and looked very well. I would definitely recommend them!

I take opportunities to offer feedback and give reviews VERY seriously. With the risk of appearing not to truly value what a “perfect” score should be….I could not give Ruth’s House less than a 5 in any arena. I have VERY high standards and fully expected that I would not find any vendor that would be as passionate about the ambience and atmosphere that I was trying to create for my event. I am so glad I was extended a referral that changed my whole planning experience! Ruth’s House took my disjointed theme and tapped into both their experience and creative, forward thinking design pallet and made something truly magical. There was no detail unfinished and the theme was perfectly consistent which really aided in the mood I had envisioned. When planning such an event you cannot stay on top of every task.
It is CRITICAL to have a team behind you that has a high level of design experience, access to the best floral and décor sources and an extensive inventory of rentals. It takes a lot of the worry and stress out of having to piece mill event with multiple vendors. I can honestly say in the numerous amount of conversations I had with Ruth’s House I only received a voicemail once and my call was promptly returned 10 mins later.
The design reviews lead by Selena kept me abreast of the progress and there was no opportunity for surprise. It was a pleasure to work with such passionate individuals who really love the business and it shows! With the conservative budget I presented…I never imagined my event could feature such luxe flowers and fabrics/draping and décor! In my opinion they are at the top of the competitive Charleston Wedding Industry game. Would do it all over again and not change one thing thanks to Ruth’s House!!!!!

Ruth's House is great. They don't only do a great job setting things up, they have the best prices in the Charleston area. If you go any where else you are sure to pay double the prices of Ruth's House. The men that set up everything were so nice too! They did whatever you wanted and at first I didn't know where I wanted to set up the tent. They were so patient with me and never rushed me. Also they left 4 tables that I ordered, but the morning of the wedding they had them already dropped off! They have really good service and I would recommend them to any one getting married!

I used Ruth's House for both my rentals and my flowers and decor. The service here was amazing. They had everything I wanted, and what they didn't have, they got. I had to change several things almost at the last minute, and there were never any problems. They set everything up and took everything down. Everything looked wonderful. The flowers were absolutely amazing. I told Selena what I liked, and then gave her discretion. What an excellent choice that was - what she did with the flowers was so much better than I ever could have dreamed.
