Must have called every limo service company in San Diego for my wedding limo service for the best limo deal, every limo service asked for 3-5 hrs. min. reservation on Sat until I came across royalty limo that by far was the best limo deal for their prompt customer response, their fantastic limo service, and their sharp and professional driver who made us very comfortable by providing bunch of music Cd's and bottle of Champagne to make us relax!
I definitely recommend this limo service and rate them a 10 star out of possible 5!

Royalty Limousine is perfect for all occasions including weddings! I had a wonderful time. Everyone was picked up on time and we got into the clean, fully loaded vehicle. The driver was very friendly too. I am going to use them again next time around.

We had Ali pick up our son and 3 friends from school for his birthday. Not only did he handle 4 screaming and yelling, hooting and hollering teenagers, but he even brought balloons and water bottles for them.
Then my husband and I went out. The limo was clean. Everything worked like it should. We were given a bottle of champagne. Whatever we wanted to do and wherever we wanted to go, he happily took us. Very cordial, professionally dressed. It was an amazing evening. This was our first time renting and being in a limo. It was the best experience ever. The money quoted was exact, no hidden charges, fees, etc. We will be using Ali in the future!!

I really wasnt to happy with this limo company. I went with them because we had a big wedding party and needed the big expedition limos and this was one of the few companies that had one that wasnt ridiculuosly expensive, now I know why. It was pooring rain on my wedding day and when we got in the limo, the moon roof was leaking alot of water. When we looked at it up close we saw that they tried to fix it with ducktape!!!! Can you say cheap. The limo took us from the church to beach for pictures then it took us to the reception. After we took pictures one of our groomsmen was feeling sick and faint because he had not eaten all day and we asked the driver to stop at in-n-out on the way so he could get something to eat. The driver said "This isnt a resturant" in a really rude way and wasnt gonna take us. We were so pissed off. When we were in the back talking about how we werent going to give a tip because of the service, he must have heard us because then he rolled down the screen and said he would take us. Funny how when hes worried about not getting a tip is when hes a good driver.

Dear Kdriscoll, With all due respect we asked your driver for any problem he might have run into with your run, he indicated that Katherine the bride was rather pleased with his service and showed her appreciation by giving more than customary %20 gratuity to him! He did point out that the leak was from the security hatch not from the moon roof, and it was not shut tight all the way and he fixed the problem at his first opportunity. He was very disappointed however about the way the entire group made a big mess in the limo by walking bare-foot outside in the rain at in-n-out going to bath room and bringing food into the limo and eating in a rush not paying attention to all the mess they created, and all the wet dirt they brought into the limo with them. All in all driver thought of his run as a disaster and tried to do the best he knew how to keep the party happy! would he do it again for the same party I asked, he said thanks but no thanks!!! On second thought, since we at Royalty limousine try our best to keep every client more than happy with our services, we are willing to eat the driver's gratuity and return it to you if that makes you happy, after all we do not like to blemish our near perfect record! So just call us for the fat tip you gave to the poor hard working driver and we will be delighted to return it to you. On third thought, If you are still not happy we will go out of our way and offer you 2 FREE hours of Royalty Limousine service on your next booking only if you promise not to walk bare-foot going to the restroom like you did on your wedding day!!!!
