I absolutely love this little store. It is a small store with a bridal side, and a tux side, and 2 sales associates.
Both are very nice, and very helpful. You dont feel like your being pushed around, you can take your time and
thay have all sorts of designer dresses at great prices to chose from.

I found the most beautiful wedding dress in a bridal magazine and knew that was going to be the one. I was really happy that I found a bridal shop in my area that could have it ordered to their location. They even had one in stock that I could try on - of course not in my size - but I could still get the idea. I did all this within a week of getting engaged and told them when I placed my order what my wedding date was and they told me that it wasn't a problem. I also stressed that, because I'm short, I would need to have the dress altered after I picked it up, so I really needed to make sure that it would be in in time. Fast forward a few months - I was told (rudely) by the store owner: "Yeah, your dress will MOST LIKELY be in before your wedding date." Any bride with time crunch issues would have had a heart attack! I was obviously upset and asked him why he didn't know when it would be in. He said that the dress is made in China and takes time to ship. I told him that was understandable but wanted to know why this wasn't brought up at the time I ordered the dress so that I could make any arrangements I needed to. He said I didn't ask. I assumed that when I gave him my wedding date and explained that I would need alterations, that he understood. Luckily, my dress came in a week before the wedding and I was able to get it altered (God Bless the woman I hired to do my alterations for working extra fast and did an amazing job). I was still very upset with the lack of service with the store. It seems that, in the bridal industry, vendors should do everything in their power to provide excellent customer service. Buying a wedding dress should be a very special occasion for a bride and Royal Bridal made it an extremely stressful situation
