We went into Roth's to get my husbands ring. The lady helping us wasn't our favorite but we found a ring we liked and bought. That's the only person we ran into that we didn't like, all the other people were soo helpful and nice!
They helped me look through books to find the perfect ring and then showed me diamonds to help me understand all the different characteristics of a diamond.
