Brooke at Rosauers 5 Mile was excellent. I brought in to her a picture of exactly what I wanted my cake to look like - it was a 4 tiered square cake with dots on one layer, swirls on the next layer, and ribbon around the bottom of each layer. Brooke made it happen and I think that it turned out even better than the picture that I had brought to her. Her work is amazing and the cake was delish and leftovers were none :) The price of the cake was extremly cheap compaired to other high end cake stores but it was well worth the savings. The cake arrived to the Venue right on time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Brooke at Rosauers 5 Mile for any Wedding Cake or any occasion cake :)

Well, i was referred to rosauers because they did a great job on my sisters cake. Unfortunaltey, it was not the same for me. I had a 3 tiered cake with ribbons on each layer that i had purchased and brough to the store for them to add to my cake. When the cake arrived it was crooked and looked like it could possibly fall over. Also, they did not include the purple ribbon i had bough for my cake. They put a ribbon on that was black. It definately was not what i had paid for

I went into the Rosauers on 29th in Spokane. The head baker there, Mary, is a SWEETHEART and would highly reccomend it. Everyone loved the cake! We had 3 layers, white, chocolate & red velvet! Delicious! She did the decorating perfectly. Very nice cake for the money. Only about $300 to feed 120 people and have it delivered to the site. Very good job.

Cake was nice but I had a lot of stress 2 days before my wedding because of an error of their part.

I brought in a picture of what I wanted and the cake turned out exactly as I planned and it was beautiful! Plus it tasted great- there was no left-over cake!

I got the perfect cake just how I wanted it. The only problem I had was getting to talk to someone who knew what they were doing and explained everything to me well.
