We picked this DJ because of the video that they offered. They did a great job and delivered exactly as we discussed. We chose to do a combo package and also get a limo from them. Once again, they didn't disappoint.

The biggest problem was getting responses from them. The initial contact took us about 2 months to get ahold of them. Once we did, sometimes it would take a week for other responses, but other times it could be a couple days.

My best friend had used Rhythm and Lights, and Dave at her reception and he was wonderful! When it came to planning my wedding I knew I had to use him. I worked mostly with Landon (the owner) and never met with Dave before the wedding, but Landon assured me everything was all set and that we would have Dave the whole evening and play all the games and do all the fun stuff that we had seen at my friends wedding.
It wasn't quite that way....
Dave was at our reception...for the first 45 minutes. He introduced us and played one game with us and then he left. He didn't tell us he was leaving, and we were left with a teenager and a young man...who were less then experienced. They did not teach us dances or promote people to come out on the dance floor. They did not play games, or do the fun glow sticks, chicken suits, YMCA etc. that we had discussed with Landon. After the garter toss they didn't even have the two people who caught the bouquet and garter do anything together...they were left just standing there. People were requesting songs that never got played, and my list of songs I requested to be played at the reception were never played. It was very disappointing. I know that this company can do better because I witnessed it at my friends wedding, but at my wedding it was a big disappointment.

People are still talking about our reception!!!! Dave was an amazing DJ He stayed till 12:30am and kept the party going!!! He got everyone to dance!! They even have props!!!

Dave was hands down the best DJ every. We had so many compliments about our DJ service. He made our wedding truely a night to remember. The dance floor was never bare and everyone had a good time. He does so many fun interactive things that every age group enjoys. I would recommend Rhythm & Lights DJ to anyone and everyone!!!!!!!! Thanks Dave!!!!

Hands down, our DJ made the reception. The event was perfect! I think my worst fear about the reception itself was that nobody would dance, people would be bored, etc..Instead-it was the topic of conversation for weeks to come. Not only was I impressed with the professionalism of these gentlemen (who personally served my husband and I our dinner and drinks), but was thankful they came out and had a good time too. I know it depends on the person how involved you want your DJ to be, but I did not want to pay someone to stand in a corner and play music all night. They were out on the dance floor with us and it was a great experience. They also made things more fun by involving props, and somehow they convinced my dad to dress in a chicken suit for the chicken dance :) The main thing was that they were extremely flexible with my husband and I who were planning a Michigan wedding from Arizona. Overall, great great great experience, I would recommend them to anyone!

I was able to get a great deal on this limo. We had it all day from leaving for the salon and taking us to the hotel after. This is a smaller group so they only have 3 limos. We had the 14 person one. We were able to look at them before deciding and the 10 person was a little older and beat up but the 14 was newer and very nice. They also have a hummer limo. When we signed the papers we were not sure of the exact time and place for the limo to pick us up to leave for the salon. So we guessed when we signed the papers and I told him I could call to confirm the week before the wedding. I called and told him where and when to pick us up and it was a different place and time than orginally planned. So the morning of the wedding we get up and are waiting. 10 minutes late, no limo. 20 minutes late no limo. So I start calling and the limo guy didn't pass down the new information to the driver so the driver didn't think he need to be there till 9 instead of 8 and was headed to a different place. So he got in the limo and headed to the right location. We were lucky in that only 2 people really needed to be at the salon at 9 so my mom and my mother in law went in their car instead of the limo.

Despite this little slip up, they were great. The driver was awesome and fun and took us everywhere we wanted to go including to our apartment to see our puppy. And to make up for being late they gave us the limo for another day for 3 hours for whatever we wanted for free. So we were able to surprise my in laws and take them out to dinner for their anniversary in a limo. The were great and I would highly recommend them.
