I was rather disappointed with the services I received from Cliff. Going into the planning I thought that Cliff was extremely organized and very professional. He gave us some great ideas for guest activities and had a great time line, which was very helpful because I had no coordinator. Cliff was also extremely responsive to emails; getting back to me in a few minutes sometimes and never taking more than one day.

But as we got closer to the wedding day, it seemed Cliff had forgotten all the details we had gone over. And on the wedding day, I was extremely surprised to find that Cliff didn't have our first dance song even though I got a confirmation that he had received it. He came over and asked me right after the ceremony what my first dance song was even though it was clearly listed on the time line he was holding in his hand that it was a custom song I had created. So we had to just pick another song. Also, there were two occasions where Cliff didn't do what we wanted, or simply forgot what we had decided. For the cake cutting, Cliff had a suggestion that my husband and I decided wasn't going to work in the room so we said we weren't going to do it and on the wedding night Cliff came over and told us that he didn't think we would be able to do it even though we already told him we didn't want to do it. And for the garter toss, we wanted the guy to put the garter on the girl's leg and Cliff offered that we put it on my husband's leg instead. We didn't want to do that, but Cliff went ahead and did it anyway even though the time line said otherwise.

I just felt like Cliff only looked at the time line and song list as he felt needed to. As an example, the song we had picked to be our last dance song was played during dinner. I later found out that he had our parents and wedding party line up extremely early and they were standing in the hall for about 30 minutes instead of enjoying themselves while my husband and I took photos. When we got to the entrance, everyone was sent so quickly that no one had a chance to bustle my dress and the wedding party had to stall while my husband tried to do it.

All of my guests said they had a great time, and Cliff had some very nice equipment, but he failed to deliver in making our wedding as personal as I thought it was going to be and was the only vendor I was disappointed in.

Great person, easy to work with and handled everything (even a major speaker snafu) with ease.
