Melanie Heller was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made the exact wedding gown, the only gown out of hundreds, that I had to have! The cost was half of what the I would have paid elsewhere. Also, we kept in touch often thru phone and email, always able to reach her, sometimes, just to say hi! I 100000000% recommend repliccawediinggowns!!
For as long as I can remember I wanted to have a designer dress for my wedding. However, it was not until I started planning my wedding did I realize how pricey those gowns would be. I simply could not justify such an expense. While I knew that I would not be able to afford the dress of my dreams, I did not want to substitute my dreams because they did not match the size of my pocket. This is why I started researching dress makers and found Melanie. I looked at many sites and even began working with one, however that person was not willing or able to give me exactly what I wanted. I was very skeptical when I found Melanie, I thought it might be a scam or that it would be amateur looking. I sent Melanie countless pictures of my dress, I was EXTREMELY picky, but she was patient and reassuring. Best of all, she totally delivered. I asked to make a designer dress, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Same fabric, same color (but better, more rich),and style. I looked fabulous on my wedding day. Being a bit of a fashionista I knew that I had to wow my expectant guests, they are still talking about it! It is truely a testament to Melanie and her team that they can everything from elegant and simple to edgy and fashion forward. Hands down, Melanie and Repplica Wedding Dresses is the BEST decision I made for my wedding! Even if I had the money to buy a designer gown I wouldn't! She is awesome!
Replicca wedding gowns is absolutely amazing to work with! I fell in love with a dress which is way out of my budget so I began looking for vendors online who might be able to make a dress that resembled what I wanted. A lot of the vendors I found had terrible reviews so I was super excited to find all the great reviews on wedding wire for Melanie. I contacted her and after receiving a quote that was literally 1/10th of the price the designer wanted I figured I'd go for it. I was completely shocked with the end result! Not only did my dress look almost identical to the designer gown, it looked even better!! When I recieved the dress I looked it over and even showed it to my future mother-in-law as she is very handy with sewing and quilting. We were both so amazed with the craftsmanship and quality of work, the attention to detail... everything was top notch. There really is no better quality for the price, if you're looking for a designer gown on a budget then you can rest easy choosing Melanie and Replicca!
Melanie is extremely nice and really works with you to try to make you happy. As a bride, you need to be aware that your dress may not look exactly like what you are imagining. Fabric is a big consideration, the weight of the fabric, the drape, these things have a big impact on the way a dress clings to the body and falls. Unless you go to a local tailor and get fitted and choose the fabric, you have to be prepared for your dress not to be the spitting image of the one you are trying to replicate. That said, I think Melanie does high quality beautiful work for a very reasonable price.
First let me say that Melanie is sooo helpful. When we first started communicating, I was all over the place. I didn't know what I wanted or anything. She was patient and very insightful. I decided to go with one of her designs and I was quick to change my mind about everything but she stuck through and worked with me. She had a great attitude and you can easily tell that she loves what she does. She was always excited about giving me updates on my dress which made me even more excited. When I received my dress, I just couldn't believe it, it was stunning, beautiful and everything I asked for. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to anyone. The price was great and the dress came out perfect, no complaints at all. Everything I wanted in a dress, Melanie gave to me.
I could not be happier with my dress I received from Melanie, and Replicca! My dress was completed much prettier than the original photo I submitted, which was hard to believe because I LOVED the original alot! Melanie was VERY great with answering all of my questions, and getting back to me in a very timely manner. It was a nice touch to get my dress hand delivered to me from Melanie, and for her to be there for the final try-on. Thanks Melanie!!!! You did awesome work!!!!!!! Hi, I had my dress made with Melaine. I found her great to deal with with and answered all my emails. The problem was when i recieved my dress i did not think it looked anything like the picture i had sent her, There was a stain down the end of my dress at train. I asked for the dress to be made in Diamond White but theni recieved it it was more of a Ivory that Diamond White. There was no lining in my dress either and the material seemed to be cheap. I am really upset about this as i can not wear my dress and i have to go and buy new one. It's true what they say you only get what you pay for.

My experience with Replicca Wedding Gowns was overall very good and I think that it is definitely the best service availible for brides on a budget. My dress came back with the wrong measurements, which I was disapointed about, but Melanie was very willing to work with me to have it fixed at a tailor local to my area because of time constraints. Even though there were some aspects that could not be perfectly re-tailored, the dress was made of lovely fabric and exactly in the style that I wanted. I have full confidence in Melanie's design capabilities and she was very attentive.

Horrible, horrible experience with this company - would definately not recommend! I had two dresses made in the end with this company, the first was terrible quality, the dress not even the same silhouette of the dress I asked to have replicated. Melanie would not issue a refund, but offered to remake the dress closer to the dress I wanted, this time with original materials (why they weren't used initially remains a mystery?). The dress never arrived on time, which I found was onroute directly from China, therefore Melanie was never going to see the quality of this dress first hand. She offered a refund this time, and then the very next day changed her mind. I found Melanie very unprofessional throughout this experience, and would not by any means wish for a bride to have the experience I had with Replicca Wedding Gowns!

I would recommend Replicca Wedding Gowns to anyone! Melanie is wonderful. She is very helpful and responds very quickly to any question or concern. She is fully concerned with the happiness of the bride, and does everything in her power to give you EXACTLY what you want. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable with your gown. The gown I got was perfect. It is high quality and made exactly how I wanted it, and I got it for even cheaper than I could have at some chain store like David's Bridal. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Melanie has a great attitude and LOVES her clients; she treated me as a friend and personally invested in my happiness as a customer. She goes out of her way to make sure that her clients are satisfied and will stop at nothing to ensure the quality of dresses surpass your expectations! My dress was gorgeous and my favorite thing about it was its uniqueness! I mean, who wants a dress that any 16 year old can pick off the shelf and wear to prom? Melanie and Repicca Wedding Gowns made my wedding gown and bridal party dresses. Right from the beginning Melanie was wonderful to deal with. I can't say I was the perfect client; I asked TONS and TONS of questions and once they were answered (which was always very quickly) I asked more! I even changed my mind on style of dress a time..or two! Melanie was very personable and helpful; she not only helped me chose my wedding party style of dress, but the colors too! The dresses were beautiful. They were just as the photos I had seen. But, what the photos didn't show was how well they were made! They are absoultely top notch as far as material and craftsmanship! Not that I will be tying the knot again, but I would not hesitate using Melanie and Replicca Wedding Gowns again!

Melanie of Replicca Wedding Gowns did an absolutely AMAZING job. I admit, at first I was a little skeptical about having someone make a dress for me at such a great price. I figured ok, the dress will probably look good, but still won't be quite as good as the original designer dress. I was completely wrong! The dress honestly looked EXACTLY like the designer gown, and for under a quarter of the cost. I was completely amazed and sooo happy that I went through Replicca to make my dream gown. Not only was the dress great, but Melanie, the owner of Replicca, was also so great and easy to work with. She is an absolute sweetheart, always on top of things, easy to get ahold of, and completely understanding. She personally works with you to make sure that you are completely happy, and that you get the perfect dress that you are looking for. She made the whole experience fun and totally stress-free. :) I would recommend Replicca to anyone, in fact I have already told all of my friends about them, and can't wait to have her do my bridesmaids dresses, and possibly my veil. :) Replicca is honestly a dream come true. :)
