First off, Red Tail is beautiful. I am so happy we chose this location as it is just gorgeous. During the planning, there were some challenges with communication and it seemed difficult to get planning taken care of. Communication was a bit lacking and it seemed as I was always put on the back burner because my wedding was so far away. However, once a new individual took over my planning, and I had a meeting with everyone, everything went like clockwork. Their staff is really quite amazing and they made sure everything looked perfect. The food was AMAZING and many of our guests commented to us on how great the food tasted! The guys loved the men's lounge and I loved the large ladies area I had to get ready in. All in all, Red Tail was an amazing location and I was extremely pleased.

The site is so gorgeous! The Chef is really friendly and easy to work with. His food is gorgeous to look at and tastes wonderful! The entire catering staff was great...thanks for making my day so special :-)

When we originally went to look at the venue we fell in love, the place is beautiful, the staff was such a delight. But after we put our deposit down the level of customer service did a 180. The event staff has no clue what they are doing. Phone calls or emails are never returned in a timely manner if even returned at all. Coordinating a wedding with these people was near impossible. Every time I turned around there was a change on the contract, additional fees were added that were never discussed. We never even had a chance to sign a final contract because all the details were still being worked out 2 weeks before the event. When asking questions or discussing plans we never got a straight answer, and the event staff does not communicate with each other, nobody seems to have a passion for there job here nor do they seem to care about your event. The sight is beautiful, but unless you are willing to fork out a lot of money on a very eager/pushy wedding planner I would not put yourself through the stress of dealing with these people!!! I knew planning a wedding was hard, but these people make it nearly impossible.

Redtail is a beautiful setting for a wedding. The staff is wonderful! The are full of great ideas to make your wedding as special as it should be! The food is amazing!

RedTail is absolutely beautiful and provided an amazing venue for our wedding reception. All of our guest raved over the setting and the food! It is expensive but you pay for what you get! They took care of everything and I was extremely happy with the results!
