I had my reception here and I absolutely loved it. Kelly was the best and so easy to work with! All of my special requests were met with no issues at all. The room looked amazing and we had so much room to dance and enjoy ourselves.

Everything was wonderful and simply delicious! At must book for all receptions!

Our reception was in the Boone/Kenton rooms. It was perfect! Everything was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the drinks were great! Our captain for the night was very good. She was always there to ask if we needed anything. Kelly, who we worked with planning the reception, was very good to work with. She always answered any questions that I had very quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am so glad that we chose Receptions! The staff was so helpful through out the entire process. The value was incredible. The food was delicious. The room is beautiful.

I had a rough time with Receptions initially. The woman who originally booked our date left the company, and I was never informed. Thus, I repeatedly tried to contact her and was unsuccessful. After that confusion was cleared up, Jeff and Kelly were extremely helpful. They took care of all of the small details that a bride simply can't do and made the evening a great success.

We did have a few small issues, however. After my husband and I did our cake cutting, Receptions never removed our cake from the table to cut it! Only a few people came up and got the cupcakes, so we basically wasted all of our cake costs, because no one got to eat it. Also, we were supposed to have a chocolate fountain (as per our contract), and it was not out at the wedding.

Overall, though, they were a great vendor to work with, and I am very glad we chose them!

We had a wonderful experience with Receptions in Erlanger, KY. They offered great deals for winter weddings (we were married in January). They food was really good - we got lots of comments from our guests about it! They were pretty easy to get in touch with and they returned emails and phone calls quickly. Their captains services was great! This is the second wedding our family has had at Receptions and we will recommend them to others in the future!

I had my reception at the Receptions in Fairfield, OH. Receptions was wonderful. I would recommend the place to everyone. The night of my receptions I did not have to worry about one thing. The staff was wonderful and made our whole family and every quest feel so very comfortable. Receptions accommodated to all of our needs and went above and beyond. Reception is a hassle free place that made everyones evening fun and stress free!

Receptions is the only place to have your reception. They take care of everything for you so you have less to worry about on your big day! They do the centerpieces, napkins, decorations, chair covers and everything for you. We dropped off our favors and they placed them at the table for us. They waited on the bride and groom all night getting drinks, fixing our plates and even ordering a special wine that we requested. They take responsibility for calling your DJ and Cake vendor that morning to make sure they're on time and ready- it's one less thing you have to do! The food tastes great! Highly recommended.

We used the Receptions in Eastgate and Sue was great to work with. The food was great and the service was wonderful.

Receptions made things EXTREMELY easy and stress free. They set everything up for me and the room took my breath away when I walked in. All night, the staff made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and were comfortable. It was great!

A+ This place is great and the most you can get for your money. Included in our price we got the hall, tables, chairs, linens, ice sculpture, chocolate fountain, fruit and cheese spread, food, unlimited beer and alcohol, and great service. I'm sure I'm missing a couple things to. They are so great and kind. First of all I started out with the smallest room they had because thats all that was left but then they got a cancellation and we got a bigger room the the same price! On the day of our wedding our photos took a little longer than expected so they let us have the hall for that much longer. I would definatly refer people here!

Receptions is amazing at what they do! They are so nice and know everything about a wedding reception and know exactly what to do. Planning with them was so simple and they took care of everything at the Reception!! We didn't worry about one thing that night.

We had our reception at the Eastgate Receptions. The room was beautiful! The staff was so responsive to everything I wanted. The food was amazing! They made our night perfect!

This is a very good group to work with they have vendors that they suggest to you, they have a beautiful place for your reception. They were always there to answer all of my questions, and the most imp. part the food is AWESOME i had no problems with any of it and we never ran out!! They also offer extra things to make it your special night like i had a ice carving and they made it look like a glass slipper that meant so much to me. The night of the reception the GM came out and spoke with me to make sure everything was ok!! I would reccomend them to anyone!!
