  In July 2017, Rasheed Photography took wonderful photos of our 50th anniversary celebration. We loved the perfect lighting and spontaneity of the shots, not to mention the variety and number of photos to view, keep and send to others. Hasain is extremely talented in his profession!!!

  We sought out a photographer for quite a while before finding Hasain and Joanna, the fantastic couple who supported our photography and memory making needs of our wedding in April, 2017. Once we found them and met in person, we were immediately at ease knowing we had a professional, creative and passionate photographer to capture every special moment of our big day. We did a practice shoot with Hasain (as we had already done engagement shots with a different photographer) and as we neared the weekend of the wedding, both Hasain and Joanna were in touch to confirm details and ask a few more questions.
  
  On our wedding day, Hasain seemed to be everywhere, capturing little details, precious moments, while being extremely courteous, friendly, and gathering all of the right family members, friends, and guests for the group shots while also getting great candid views. Photos were delivered quickly as promised. We were so pleased with the photos, we have recommended Hasain to other couples and would encourage you to connect with him for your next big family event!

  My husband and I decided to go with Hasain for our wedding after we saw what a fantastic job he did for my brothers wedding. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Hasain is not only a great photographer, but also a wonderful person to be around. My husband and I are not the most outgoing people, but Hasain made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera.

  I was married in Berkeley but live in Denver. I did the planning from a distance and even though I was very organized, there was a certain level of overwhelm in (a) planning from a distance, and (b) getting ready on the big day. Hasain had the most calming and nurturing energy. There was a moment when I was alone with just the flower girl, one of my closest friends, and Hasain and it was a dear moment, both in terms of being captured and in terms of being calm. Hasain has the most wonderful energy. Besides that, he also has an amazing eye and relentless energy to get the best shots. Choosing Rasheed Photography was an amazing decision for which I will forever be grateful.

  Hasain is immensely talented. He captured my daughters so beautifully. He was able to work with them (3 and 5 year old) in a really easy going, calm manner and got so many awesome shots. Usually they get very antsy with cameras, but with Hasain they remained engaged and calm. I love the experience and I can't say enough wonderful things.

  We recently moved to the Bay Area, and were looking for a photographer for family photos. We have had professional photos taken for the last 6 years, and invest a great deal of time trying to find the 'right' photographer. Not only are family photos an investment of money, but we are capturing a moment in our family's life that cannot be repeated.
  
  We are so relieved we found Hasain - not only is his photography amazing, but he and his wife are are a real pleasure to deal with. They are extremely responsive to any questions, flexible with their schedules, and provided amazing photos shortly after our shoot. Hasain was great with our 2 daughters (3 and 5yrs old) and knew how to keep them interested during the session, which is no easy task.
  
  As for the photos, they were absolutely amazing. We were also shocked at the number of photos that we were provided - we were used to receiving ~15 of the 'best' photos, but Hasain provided all of the photos from the shoot. It is almost impossible to pick our favorite. The backgrounds, lighting, and capturing of precious moments was absolutely incredible.
  
  As long as we are living in the Bay Area, Hasain will be our family photographer. I would recommend him to our closest friends and family.

  We love Rasheed Photography!!! Hasain and Joanna are an amazing team! Hasain has a wonderful eye and he brings a peaceful and relaxing energy to every photo shoot.   Hassain is an absolute gem of a photographer! He just blends into a scene or event and without notice captures the most amazing photos. From the beginning he asked us what we were looking for and what were essential shots for him to take. He was never pushy at all during our wedding and guests were happy to have him take photos of them. A super sweet guy to work with too!

  Rasheed Photography is the best. Hasain has a wonderful demeanor and relaxed way about him which puts his subjects at ease. Our favorite wedding photos were the candid ones that he took. He has an amazing eye and catches very sweet, authentic and intimate moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Can't recommend him enough!

  Hasain is a great local Oakland photographer and was a pleasure to work with. He has a great eye and runs a lovely little shop in the Temescal Alley where you can see his work.
