We had our wedding reception here and they did a fabulous job. They did break one of our champagne flutes but they replaced the day of the event and gave us a refund so that we could replace the flute so that it matched the un broken one. All in all we were very impressed.

WATCH OUT!! COUNT EVERY BOTTLE AND KEG!!!!
They ripped us off $190 for a keg that was never opened.
People that worked we great, but the catering department does not return calls or emails for days. Time for new employees there.

They made our day wonderful! The thing that sold us more then anything was the coordinator we worked with....Amy. She was fantastic and answered any question for me so quickly. There value was great as well! For a large reception we really did not spend that much money on a large sit down meal, appetizers, and alchohol. Thank you Amy and everyone else for making our day so special!

Amazing food, poor communication with the wedding planner.

Beautiful ballroom that can fit people well. The center is owned by the catering company and they provide delicious food with many choices. They were very helpful and all our guests enjoyed it. They have a side room connected to one of the ballrooms which is perfect for the bar so guests can get away from the music if they want. Overall, great venue for a wedding reception.

We had no choice but to work with Prom for our bar service due to the location. Thankfully we had more flexibility with the food options. they were attrocious to work with. They rarely answered questions and more than once instead of answering questions sent me a contract to sign with a request for a down payment intimating that it would all be worked out in the end. These were basic questions such as what type of bourbon do you pour at various levels.
They seemed to have very little interest in being creative about their offerings so it was hard to get them to agree to go outside their basic structure.
They are clearly focused on big corporate event where personality and creative quality are not important.
Their prices were outrageous. $350 for a keg of miller light! And thier wine and beer choices were lack luster as best.
And they ended up overcharging us by almost $1,000. We got refunded to overpayment but that was 3 weeks of that money sitting in their bank account earning interest, not ours.

It should be noted that the individuals who provided service at the event were incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with.

Prom worked with us over the duration and all the changes we made. They have an excellent staff, and the waitstaff and bartenders at our entire reception were friendly, helpful, fun, and made sure EACH of our guests had what they wanted, whether it be an extra serving, extra piece of cake, more coffee or water, etc.
We worked with Tonielle, who was always responsive, and made sure we got in for tastings, etc. They helped us through the entire menu planning, and the execution was great.
The prices are pretty even-keel with everything around town, but the food is exceptional, especially when catered off-site.

The Prom center came highly recommended from friends but I was kind of disappointed with the food and venue.

The food was fantastic. The staff took care of everything so we could enjoy the night. It is a gorgeous facililty. A little pricey, but worth it. My only complaint was that it would have been nice to be able to get in the night before to set up.

Prom catering worked hard for us. We gave them our budget, our expectations and what we wanted and they came up with a plan that suited our needs. The execution was amazing. Everything looked fantastic and of course tasted great too. The servers were very friendly and did a great job to make our day special.
