We were happy with the quality of serve we received for what we paid. However, the video ended up being much shorter than we had anticipated--almost no video of the reception except for garter toss, bouquet toss, cake cutting, and first dance. It would have been nice to have video of the guests. Also, the video of the ceremony itself showed only me and my maid-oh-honor and none of my fiancee during the actual ceremony. This is due to the fact that a camera was placed on a tripod and didn't move throughout the entire ceremony.

A & F Productions responded with the following comments:

The package level chosen for this wedding was our "Just the Basic" package which only includes the ceremony and the main events of the reception. The length of the DVD in this package is dependent on the length of your ceremony. We have a policy of not moving around during the ceremony to ensure the attention is on you. Each ceremony venue offers it's limitations on camera angles. This is why we attend the rehearsal to locate the best position for both of our cameras and videographers.

We really enjoyed working with the two of you and thank you for your thoughtful review of our services. We will use your input to improve our future package offerings.
