  Delicious And Professional

  Our guests raved over the food that chef Wes and his team prepared for us! We had so many left overs we got to enjoy for days after! Penny was so accommodating and patient as I changed my menu multiple times throughout the planning, and we are so grateful for their help and suggestions.

  I had a very good experience with all of my vendors but Chef Wes, WOW! I was impressed with the response time and professionalism from the very first emails with Penny. We were looking for a low country boil to have after our very small, intimate ceremony. I had a hard time even finding anyone that could accommodate this request. Not only did Chef Wes provide exactly what I ask for, he knocked it out of the park. He and his team are very personable, fun, and provided amazing service. Each time I tried to help in any way, they instructed me that it was my day and to let them handle it.
  
  We had a little bit of a snag with the weather and had to make some last minute changes and I was very impressed with how they handled this. They jumped in and helped to move everything around and make a setting that worked for us. The food, oh my, it was unbelievable. I am sorry I did not take more pictures.
  
  We had a member of our party that has very specific dietary restrictions and this was not an issue. Not only did Chef Wes accommodate the request, she cleaned her plate (which is unusual).
  
  When everything was over, Chef Wes and team packed up our leftovers, refrigerated them, and left the kitchen even more clean than it was when they arrived. I wanted to bring Chef Wes home with me!

  Chef Wes and Penny were amazing. They catered our reception, rehearsal, snacks for the after-party, and a welcome luau. In each case they exceeded our expectations and delighted our guests. The food was fantastic, great presentation, courteous staff, and surprisingly the most affordable of the catererors we looked at. They delivered plenty of food, and had a wide variety of options. We recommend the blueberry bisque, lobster eggs Benedict, tropical french toast dessert, bacon wrapped scallops, and coconut shrimp. We were thrilled to have them part of our wedding.

  Chef Wess and Penny provided an absolutely stunning experience for my holiday party with 75 people. The food was beyond expectation and just kept coming out all of our group was welfare and within the first hour and a half many more already full.

  Everything was incredibly delicious. Chef Wesley Brage and his staff prepared a feast for our 40 dinner guests. The service was seamless.
  Chef Wesley's team was experienced, extraordinarily pleasant and very efficient. Our kitchen was left in spotless condition and we did not have to lift a finger. Outstanding!

  Let me tell you that the one thing every guest at our wedding thought was amazing, was the food! Chef Wes is just phenomenal, he is professional, polite, always smiling, works hard and again, just has great food! His assistant Penny works her tail off as well, and it certainly shows! Thank you so much!!

  Private Chef Wes, Penny and team were an absolute joy to work with, from day 1! We had scheduled to do a tasting with them but then my husband and I realized that we needed to 360 our menu (taco bar) because my family (French) had literally never even SEEN a taco before, let alone know how to eat one... crazy I know. We were a bit torn on what to choose, as our tasting was approaching, and Penny suggested we had a meeting during which they would help us decide, rather than pressure us into choosing something to taste. They were extraordinary and the food was PERFECT. Chef Wes even surprised us by adding my favorite topping to our wedding day salad, hearts of palm! Along with the salad with did grilled chicken with mango salsa, grilled mahi, seasoned rice and delicious steamed veggies. They also did our rehearsal dinner which was AMAZING!! EVERYONE loved it - Panang Chicken with brown rice (Asian salad to start). They were kind, patient, helpful and helped me stay calm on our wedding day - a joy to work with. Thank you so much for the memories.

  Food? Delicious! Chef Wes and his assistant Penny were one of the highlights of our small destination wedding. We asked them to cater appetizers and the reception dinner. Communication was 97% online and definitely timely. They accommodated a last minute menu change after I saw a few pictures of another event they catered on Facebook. Chef Wes kept our dinner course (Surf and Turf) from getting over cooked and dried out even though we were at least 30 minutes behind schedule. Chef Wes and Penny were very personable. We enjoyed the conversation and getting to know them while they prepared the delicious appetizers and dinner. Both of them were very open and transparent about the ingredients they were preparing as all of the items were cooked fresh on site. Nothing appeared to be packaged or pre-made. We had so much food and they packaged up our leftovers and put them in the refrigerator. When they left the kitchen at the end of the night, the kitchen of the rental home we were staying at was cleaner than when they arrived. Our guests are still talking about how great the food was. We highly recommend them and hope to work with them for anniversary events in the future!

  I cannot recommend Chef Wes highly enough. If you are planning any event in the Keys that you need catering for, go here first! You will not regret it.
  
  We were recommended Chef Wes's services while planning our wedding in the Keys (while living overseas with a 13-hour time difference!), and it was the best thing to happen for us! We had experienced tons of issues with other places, including a lack of communication, knowledge, and professionalism, but Chef Wes and his staff (a major thank you and shoutout to Penny!) were 100% flawless.
  
  We got our first invoice within hours of first contact, after which we walked through the menu item by item, discussing each one and how many was appropriate for our guest numbers. Any changes we requested or questions we had were addressed and the invoice would be updated immediately for our records. It was a huge relief to work with them through the preparation and planning period; we would have gone crazy without them!
  
  On the day of, the entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. They walked around and refilled glasses or cleared plates as needed, all the while chatting with our guests and smiling. It created a wonderful atmosphere and allowed us to relax a little bit as we knew our guests food needs were being taken care of.
  
  Thank you to Chef Wes and all his staff for making our wedding that much more special and a heck of a lot less stressful! We sincerely appreciate it, and will definitely contact them again if we plan another event in the Keys.

  You know you picked a great caterer when your family and friends are STILL talking about the lobster mac and cheese!! Chef Wes, Penny and their team are absolutely incredible. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and down to earth company such as theirs. They were so NICE and the food was incredible. They even made a point to bring the bride and groom food while we took pictures! It meant a lot to us and we are so happy we went with this company. Do yourself a favor and work with Chef Wes and Penny. They are a great team!

  Chef Wesley Brage provided catering services for our beachfront wedding in August 2014. The food was not only tasty but looked incredible, too! The appetizers were some of the best I've ever had. Penny was also a pleasure to work with through planning via phone and emails. She provided pictures and descriptions of everything and helped with creating the perfect menu. Both she and the chef were just as nice in person. The guests loved them as much as we did. We can not thank them enough!!

  If I could give Chef Wes and Penny a million stars, I absolutely would!!! The quality, presentation and taste of his food is unbelievable!! We hired him for both Friday night and Saturday for our wedding weekend. His team delivered expectational results and we are still receiving compliments!! So much so, a wedding guest raved about the food to her girlfriend, who's getting married in Islamorada in 2015 and they booked Chef Wes. Food was a very important part of our wedding and after meeting with several other vendors on the island, I can tell you without a doubt that Chef Wes is the best out there!! If you haven't called or considered him, you truly should!!

We had a medium-sized reception (about 65 people) at my parents' house in Key Largo and we knew that we wanted it to be a fairly laid-back party with lots of appetizers and stations rather than a formal sit-down meal. We're also both big foodies, so the quality of the food was very important to us! Chef Wes worked with us to make sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted (including a small oyster bar for my husband and his New England family) and the everything was absolutely scrumptious. I think just about every guest has now told me that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. It makes a huge difference that he cooks everything on-site, so everything is really hot and fresh--no chafing dishes, no hot boxes--just fresh, fantastic food!   I can't say enough about Chef Wes and Penny! Let me start out by saying that I wasn't the easiest bride as I own my own catering company and am also a personal chef. I know the food, I know the process, I know the prices, and I know what good quality is for a caterer. Chef Wes blew me away. We met over a year ago and I had a good feeling about him as our companies are very similar, so I took a chance. I knew he would cost more than other caterers, but the quality was so good, it was completely worth it. I also think he would have happily adjusted the menu to fit a more modest budget if I had asked him to.
  
  He put together a menu that was similar to something I would have served my own clients, and adjusted as needed for the pickiness of my family, friends and groom. We had Tri-Tip Roast, Mahi-Mahi, and some amazing sides. He also cooked for our welcome dinner the night before the wedding and made the most AMAZING pulled pork! People were raving about the food both nights. The service was also incredible. The staff was professional, and communicated directly with my day-of coordinator so I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Wes and Penny were also kind enough to special order some herbs that I needed for the ceremony, and gave them to me at their cost.
  
  PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire Wes for your wedding or other event. The flexibility and quality will outshine any other vendor in the area, I promise!
