I had a ring custom made for my husband. They were quick and professional. From the start to the finish, it took only about 2 weeks.

A funny thing did happen...When they called and told us the artwork was in, we rushed over. The artist sketch and wax mold were suppose to be ready. However, when we got there, they had the ring already created! It was not quite what we were looking for. The ring turned out better than what we had originally wanted. It was perfect! They reassure us that they would re-do the ring if it was not what we wanted since they skipped a few steps in the process.

We were surprised that we ended up buying our wedding bands from Preston's Rocks. We had not intended to do so. We were out shopping all of the other jewelers and finally just ended up there. We were surprised with the selection and the price. We were able to get both our bands there and it came out to be about 80% of the cost of the store down the street. They even cleaned my engagement ring while we shopped for wedding bands.

At the very start of picking out our wedding bands and engagement ring, they were very helpful and affordable! But just a few month after our wedding, we wanted to take our jewelry in to have them cleaned and they had went out of buisiness. With nothing but a phone number to call for information. After three weeks and quite a few messages, another jewelry store called us back saying that they were taking care of the jewelry cleaning and warranties. But the closest location for the other jewelry store is about fifty miles away!!

My fiance' created my ring with Preston's Rocks and it is truely one of a kind and beautiful. Our jeweler Katie is amazing!! It is a little expensive here but after all you do get what you pay for and if you want a one of a kind ring this is the place to go!!

Just an FYI for anyone that bought jewelry at the now out of business Preston's Rocks....Reis Nichols in Indy is taking care of their warranties, since Reis was the company that originally opened Preston's. We went their this weekend and were very helpful in taking cares of my rings.

The sales staff was very helpful in choosing our wedding bands. They did not pressure us at all, just fit our budget and needs. Customization was timely and they were a good deal!
