I was in love with Raquel when we first started the jewelry process. Then I never received a sample as promised..blamed on "lost in the mail". Next she stopped responding to emails...blamed on switching email and the computer acting up. I still looked past these problems and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She started to respond more and I felt ok enough to go ahead with the order. I gave her the date I needed my jewelry by, as requested because of lose of info, and my final payment. After the payment cleared she disappeared, coming up with a few more excuses. I didn't hear from her for months then was promised delievery 4 or 5 times with no product. To get a response I had to threaten I was leaving and want a refund. Finally the day, or should I say night, before my wedding I received the wrong product, broken, too small, wrong color, and poorly made! I was left hours before my wedding day with no bridesmaid jewelry for SIX girls and $175.00 poorer. In short I'm not happy and feel no one should have to go through this! I also have many pictures of what was sent to me and how it arrived if anyone's interested.

Raquel does a beautiful job at designing custom jewelry and her prices are very reasonable. However,she is a bit slow, so if you have a custom order, be sure to give yourself at least 3 months to order. Otherwise, you could be stressing out. Very sweet girl and does aim to please.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PRECIEUXNY DESIGNS. I ordered 6 bridesmaids necklaces from Raquel and never recieved anything. She was unresponsive to all of my emails/calls. I am currently out $108 but I have high hopes that my bank will reimburse me. Please reconsider if you are going to order from this website.

I cannot say enough about this company! I bought a pair of Haute Bride earrings and decided I wanted a similar hair comb and came across PrecieuxNy Designs. When I received my hair comb I was shocked how wonderful the quality was and how similar it looked to my expensive Haute Bride earrings! I HIGHLY recommend this seller. I cannot rave more about Raquel at Precieuxny. I saw her ads and pricing but couldn't find any reviews, and thought it was too good to be true, so I started emailing with her. She responded right away with all my questions, shipped right away, and I cannot tell you how much I absolutely adore my purchases! They are SO gorgeous and elegant, and the quality is fantastic. I got crystal and pearl earrings and bracelet for about $100 which I can't believe. I've dealt with a lot of online vendors shopping for my wedding and Raquel is my favorite. I'll be wearing these lovelies for my big day and can't wait! LOVE PRECIEUXNY!

I bought a beautiflu art deco rhinestone bracelet for $55. Compared to bridal shopes and internet sites i think the price was great! about half of overpriced vendors cost. The shipping took some time but she was very good about communication and letting me know what was going on :) i would recommend this vendor to a friend which i have and i would buy again :)
