The staff at Poplar Springs was more than accommodating to our needs. From the beginning of our wedding planning process, the staff did not overlook any detail, and provided service that far exceeded our expectations. Owner and Chef Howard Foer�s love for cooking is apparent and the dinner he prepared was absolutely perfect. The onsite pastry chef made a gorgeous and perfectly delicious 4-tiered cake. Anita, Poplar Spring�s event planner, has a gift when it comes to attention to detail and made our wedding an absolute fairytale. The rest of the staff at the Manor House, Inn and Spa were completely professional and accommodating the entire weekend. My husband and I would not change a thing about our wedding and that�s all thanks to Poplar Springs Inn!

Poplar Springs Inn was the most fabulous event location. In addition to being a unique and beautiful setting the staff is superb. They were very fliexible. (I ended up having to change my wedding date because my soon-to-be husband was deployed to Iraq) The change in date did not seem to be a problem and they did not charge me 2 deposits like other sites in the area required. Also, Anita was always available for questions and expertise-- she made me feel like her only client although I know full well every weekend was booked. The food at my reception was absolutely delicious and exactly what I had wanted and described. The staff made my husband and I as well as each of our guests feel like royalty! To this day my friends and family compare other weddings to ours (Ex: "their wedding was nice but it wasn't anything like yours") and that is truely a reflection on the staff and location.
