  Five Stars all around

  Tony was an absolute champ when it came to bringing our Hallowedding to life. He utilized our song list and executed our ceremony and reception beautifully. You're gonna have the best event ever with him!

  DJ Apollo is the best!!

  We just got married this last weekend and DJ Apollo made it so fun!! Our dance floor was hopping and I was on the dance floor the entire night. DJ Apollo went out of his way to meet with us multiple times before our big day and he was very well prepared and structured. He has a great energy and can bring his radiant / contagious positive energy to any crowd!! We can’t thank him enough for a perfect night!

  DJ Apollo w Platinum DJ

  Mike, or DJ Apollo from Platinum DJ was incredible, he did an incredible job working to relieve any potential wedding stressors that he could not just the day of but the months leading up to our big day. Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced and that showed when it came to some of the things that he brought up that we had never thought about. Mike is also very personable which made it feel like we had someone who really cared about making our wedding day incredible. So if you’re looking for a DJ that is not just knowledgeable but also looks out for the best interest of you and your significant other on your wedding day Mike is the perfect DJ for you.

  Mike, or DJ Apollo from Platinum DJ was incredible, he did an incredible job working to relieve any potential wedding stressors that he could not just the day of but the months leading up to our big day.   Platinum DJ Recommendation

  DJ Apollo was a pleasure to work with! He met with us twice before our event with lots of ideas as to how to make my son's bar mitzvah super fun. He was organized and on top of things months ahead of time. Recommend!

  DJ Apollo is a must for your wedding!

  My husband and I had DJ Apollo to emcee and DJ our wedding and I couldn't recommend him more!
  
  We got to hear some of our favorite songs, guest suggestions, and some wedding classics! Everything blended so nicely and no one wanted to leave at the end of the night. He was a huge hit with our friends and family. My sister in law and her fiance want to have him for their wedding in the future!
  
  Not only did he care about the music, but he also cared about us and made sure we were having fun, got a plate of dinner, and kept us at the top of his priorities!
  
  We had a few things that we threw at him last minute that he took in stride and didn't miss a single beat!
  
  If you hire DJ Apollo for you're wedding, invite me as well because I would love to go to another dance party with him mixing the tunes!

  Mike (DJ Apollo) handled our ceremony music support and reception at our wedding. He is simply awesome to work with and his skills are first rate. Beyond his expertise as a DJ - his attention to detail, availability, organization, planning, appearance and professionalism exceed the highest of expectations. To say he is personable, experienced and knows exactly what he's doing is an understatement.
  
  Mike's planning process was extremely organized and detailed with plenty of opportunity to discuss and contribute our ideas and vision - which he used to create exactly what we imagined. He will quickly give you the confidence that you are being taken care of the same way he would for a friend or family member. My wife and I had great expectations for our special day, and Mike met them - making it look effortless. You can count on him to be just a phone call or a text away throughout the planning process. He is always responsive and makes time for whatever you need to be comfortable that he understands perfectly what you want and how to make it happen.
  
  For those who are not easily impressed, Mike will deliver. He clearly loves what he does and goes the extra mile to do it well. We highly recommend him and can't imagine using anyone else if we have an opportunity in the future. Thank you so much, Mike!

  Couldn’t ask for a better DJ - Mike Fosselman, DJ Apollo!

  DJ Mike Apollo is a must have for your wedding. We got so many compliments on him as our DJ and he kept the dance floor going all night. The best part about working with Mike is his positive energy and his knowledge. I didn’t have a wedding planner and he really helped out with things like timeline, communicating with other vendors, types of music to play and when, etc. He gave us unique ideas for things we could do at our reception to add in some extra fun and humor. He was great at directing and moving our timeline along as well. I trusted everything he put his input on because it is very clear he is invested in our day going as smooth and positive as it can go - it was no question that he truly cared about us and our memory of our day! We never had to worry with Mike as our DJ - book him!!!

  DJ Apollo was amazing. What a great night!

  My wife and I came across Platinum DJ and were lucky enough to have DJ Apollo work our wedding. From the first meeting you could tell the level of passion he had for his job. He came with ideas and was open for suggestions when he needed to be. The day went off without a hitch and he kept the dance floor fun as the night went on. We had a smaller wedding so that could be harder to do. He involved our guest and kept us engaged with everyone. From the start of seeing my now wife walk down the aisle to the song we chose, all the way to the end when it was just her, myself, and Mike (Dj Apollo) he brought a level of professionalism mixed with personalization. I would recommend him 100 times over.

He brought a positive energy to all of our meetings with him leading up to our wedding day and helped us get all of the details ironed out with ease. Mike was always asking if there was more he could do for us throughout the reception and he kept the party going all night. We had many friends and family tell us during the reception that this was the most fun they had at a wedding before, and Mike played a huge roll in that. The Dance Floor was packed the entire night and my wife and I never stopped dancing. We would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking for a DJ that knows how to have a good time!

  Best DJ around

  Mike (DJ Apollo) was absolutely amazing and made out wedding everything we imagined. He made the stress of picking the right music and genres to play at certain times during the reception so easy and put our minds at ease. It was easy to see that he knows what he is doing and has been in the DJ profession for many years. At times we couldn't tell if he was the DJ or a server because he was grabbing drinks for us ( the wedding party) so we didn't have to wait in line and could enjoy or friends and the party. I have recommended Mike (DJ Apollo) to all my friends and family for any event or their wedding and won't hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you Mike for everything you did to make our special day that much more amazing.

  Hire Platinum DJ (but specifically Axel)

  They say the DJ is the most important part to the party... and Axel absolutely was one of the best parts of our entire wedding day. He took time to get to know us and made sure he understood our vision for our day. All night we kept receiving compliments on our music and how great the DJ was! Thank you, Axel!

  Dj Josh is Amazing!!

  We had DJ Josh for our wedding on 4/30/22 and he was OUTSTANDING!! He played the songs we requested, kept the flow of the evening, and so much fun! Our dance floor was everything we wanted and I cannot recommend Josh enough. If you are looking to dance the night away then book him now!!

  10/10 Best DJ Kansas City has to offer

  I very very rarely feel compelled to leave a review for any service that is provided to me. However Mike is hands down 100% the greatest DJ the KC area has to offer. He wasn't just a guy for music, and dancing. He handled everything you could possibly imagine and more.
  
  Planning, timelines, flow, mood, music selection, I mean I could go on and on about how good Mike is. He absolutely made our wedding reception the best possible time for everyone.
  
  Then to my amazement I realized out of no where my empty beer can was gone, and replaced with a new one. Mike just looks at me and gives me a thumbs up. Like who is this man, and how is he not the only DJ in KC?
  
  This dude needs booked somewhere every weekend, people need to experience what we did at our reception. I don't care what we have planned in the future, Mike is getting a call from us.
  
  His attitude, voice, presence, and professional nature puts him leaps and bounds above any other DJ I have ever interacted with. Our reception wouldn't have been nearly as good if we weren't blessed to have him honor us with his craft.

  Kyle Kurtz with Platinum DJ was perfect. From the start, Platinum DJ's organization compared to the other DJ companies that we reached out to was way more on top of things. Kyle was really easy to get along with! He was really professional and kept our dance floor going the whole night. His transitions between songs were absolutely on point. We would definitely recommend Kyle and Platinum DJ for your event!

  Wedding Reception

  Tony Sierra was the DJ for our wedding reception! He did an amazing job!!! We needed someone who could speak both English and Spanish and Tony incorporated both smoothly! The selection of music kept the party dancing and engaged throughout the entire night! There was a little something for everyone. He was everything we wanted in a DJ. Tony was very patient, worked with us, helped come up with a perfect schedule for the night, provided great suggestions, and helped incorporate everything we wanted to do! He was super cool and we appreciate everything he did to make our reception everything we dreamed!

  Excellent energy

  DJ Apollo was spectacular. He was very insightful, helpful and responsive. And he had an incredible energy and vibe for our wedding day. He especially loved his suggestion of an anniversary dance. Our guests loved it! You could tell he loves what he does. Would for sure use him again for any party I have.

  Above and Beyond!

  Brad was our DJ with Platinum DJ KC and he went above and beyond to make our reception incredible. Not only did he help us out with mixes for our first dance and the father daughter dance, but he was so helpful in the planning process and was flexible when we had to make some last minute changes due to COVID travel restriction. He kept everyone on the dance floor until the last song and we had such a great time!!

Oh, and he put on a heck of a show during the wedding!! Everyone was dancing and having fun from the moment the dance floor opened up. He made sure everything stayed on schedule and was just perfect. Would highly recommend.
