Kathy is amazing, she is incredibly efficient and professional. The facility is fabulous, beautiflul! The decorations perfect! My guests were well pleased. My only complaint is guests were not directed when they arrived. When confronted on this issue they were very defensive. Instead of just correcting the problem with a smile they seemed to want to be right instead of the paying customer. Think the customer is always right!

There are moments in your lifetime that are the most significant and rare. Our daughters wedding is that moment. Today as I look at the pictures of her reception I am over the top amazed at how amazing and perfect you made her wedding look. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for ensuring her day was a dream come true....I would recommend you to anyone who wants perfection and perfect service for their daughter.... from her Mother who says the Petroleum Club is priceless...

I really enjoyed working with Kathy. She had everything lined up organized for us. I didn't have to worry about a thing! The whole day was timed perfectly and most of that started with the reception. I wouldn't have had my reception anywhere else. It can be tough at times to contact them, but they are booked every weekend, so it is understandable. The only negative my guests commented on was that they kept removing wine glasses if no one standing there claimed it. It kept the room picked up and looking nice, but several guests had their wine disappear after using the restroom. It was an overall great experience!

This is the most AMAZING venue you will ever see!! It's all inclusive and they take care of EVERYTHING. Kathy Latham is amazing and 5 stars does not do it justice!

The Petroleum Club gave me the perfect reception. Kathy Latham laid out every detail and executed all of my plans perfectly. The food tasted incredible, and special food was made for me to accommodate my food allergies. The Petroleum Club also did all of the reception decorating, set up and tear down. The room just glowed and looked incredible. They gave me a beautiful, stress free reception.

The Petroleum Club is all inclusive, our DJ was through them and he was fantastic. The party kept moving, he accommodated requests and just managed a great party!

The value for cost shocked me. I expected their prices to be much higher, but it was a fabulous bargain.

A 5.0 doesn't do the Club justice....they were over the top wonderful especially Kathy Latham the manager. She knew what we needed before we ever asked and if we didn't ask she checked with us first and was ready to deliver. Absolutely by far the BEST experience....there we NO negatives. Kathy's staff was also great....but you couldn't not be with a boss like her. I would not even consider looking else where. We also thought that it was the best buy in town. Our dinner was a buffet, but it was the quality of a sit down dinner and the preserntation was beautiful !!!

Kathy and her staff at the Petroleum Club are top notch! Their professionalism is unparalleled! I LOVED that she took care of the catering, cake, decorating and DJ. Not having to think about table centerpieces was SUCH a relief! I had a few ideas, told them to Kathy, and her staff took them and made them into a reality. This is TRULY a one-stop shop. For the busy bride, THIS is the place to have your reception!

This club is beautiful and they take care of EVERYTHING! from decorations and food to the clean up afterwards. All you have to do is tell them what you want and show up.

I thought that everything went perfect. I had a wedding coordinator that I met with tons of times previous to the wedding but then she was also there on the wedding day keeping me on track. I got so many compliments on how everything looked and how good the food was. It was just all around perfect!

I really wanted to have our wedding reception here and I was able to because of a cancellation - (hint: book EARLY). You can't beat the view - it's a beautiful view of downtown, and we were able to take some photos as the sun was setting. Their wedding coordinator was amazing, kept on top of things and was very helpful! Very great venue! One recommendation: when you throw your bouquet, watch out for the large chandelier - I hit it and my bouquet dropped straight to the floor!

There is a reason the Petroleum Club is THE place to have your reception in Wichita. They take care of every single aspect of the reception. You don't even need to worry about extra flowers to decorate as they go all out for every season with their decor. They will also make any wedding cake you want at a great price. They were so accommodating and attentive. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
