I ordered my girls' bridesmaids dresses through Pearl--what a wonderful salon! Owner and staff are just son friendly and helpful and the salon is in a really unique space. I also ended up ordering my bridal jewelry through Pearl because they carried Haute Bride, which is a reasonably-priced, expensive looking creator of bridal jewelry, and when I came to pick up my bracelet and earrings the week of the wedding, I actually ended up purchasing some sample hair combs to finish my look!

My dress was beautiful but too short, when i mentioned it i was told to buy new shoes, three days before my wedding in vermont. I had to buy another dress, total cost $2300.00. I also paid $371.00 in alteration fees that I assumed was included in the purchase. Dont shop there

Ryan is wonderful!!! Driving to Pearl is a little less than pleasant, but once you get to the mill you'll feel safe and welcome! Her shop is more than a pleasant surprise; It's well decorated, very up to date, and has all the latest fashion! She was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! I loved my dress and would highly recommend any bride to be to go to PEARL!!!

Pearl bridal boutique was awesome! I went for a trunk show and thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Of course the dress I thought I wanted wasnt the one I ended up with. The very last dress I tried on, I fell in love with and it wasnt even a dress I picked out. I saw it out of the corner of my eye on a maniquin and went for it! My two friends were with me. However, my mother lives out of state and wasnt able to be there. I sent her a photo and she wasnt sold. Ryan, the owner, and my friends convinced me to go with my gut and get it. So I did. Well I got the wrath from my mother and was so upset that I tried to cancel the order. But again, Ryan convinced me to stick with it. My mom still needed to see it on though, so Ryan told me she would get it back from the trunk show and have it in store the next week. So the next week my mother was in town and we tried on dresses elsewhere. Then I showed her "the" dress. She still wasnt sold, but I was able to convince her that it was the one! Everything worked out and Ryan was so patient with me and willing to do anything to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. The wedding day was gorgeous and I have been getting a ton of compliments ever since on my dress!

I am so glad that Pearl was on my list of places to scope out bridal gowns. It was a great experience and I found my dream dress. The staff were outstanding and the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. I would highly recommend any bride in the market for a bridal gown check out Pearl!

The best in Western Mass! They aren't pushy or rude. The shop is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and they have a great selection. I got married 6 months after i got engaged and all the other shops were pushing me to make a selection but Ryan was very patient and helpful. My dress fit perfect and looked beautiful. I suggest Pearl to everyone!

The wedding dress I purchased from Pearl was simple but beautiful. I received so many compliments on it before, during and after the wedding. The ladies at Pearl helped me to choose this perfect dress. They worked with me on timelines for fittings as I was out of state. The gentlemen that hemmed my dress and made the bustle did a beautiful job!

Pearl Bridal Boutique exceeded my expectations thru my whole wedding dress process. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and when I needed some advice or opinions they were quick to offer it. My dress was absolutley beautiful and I was very pleased with the head piece and pins that I bought there. I was able to design my own veil... They also provided me with my wedding jewelry so it was very convient for me to purchase everything at the same place. I would highly recommend them.

The ladies at Pear are young, dynamic, and incredibly flexible: having faced the constant 'push' of wedding vendors, it was a relief to find them. When every other bridal shop was telling me that I was late looking for a dress and I will 'definitely incur late fees', Pearl worked with me with no mention of any 'late fees'. They were professional, responsive - definitely recommended.
