Very helpful. Added a bridesmaid at the last minute and payless took the time to find the shoe I had bought for my girls months earlier. The shoe had been discontinued and the sales clerk called around to different stores to find one that may possibly still have the shoe in the clearance rack and WE FOUND IT!!!!! Not far from my home and the size that I needed....
