This pastor was great! He gave us exactly what we wanted, and he even helped us come up with a few ideas we hadn't thought of. We were able to write our own vows, but instead of memorizing them we were able to repeat after him. (<--his idea!) Also, he gave great premarital counseling. He did not quote us a price, his price is donation only.
