The absolute best decision we made was to hire Pat Blackwell as our day of coordinator. Pat was fantastic to work with and her team really delivered the day of the wedding - I didn't have to worry about a thing and felt so great to leave things in their hands. I am a control freak so that says a lot! Pat is super organized, thoughtful, and responsive. She really helped us throughout the planning to organize our timeline and ceremony, to answer all sorts of random questions, and to ensure we had thought of everything. Her checklists were so helpful too - there are all kinds of little things you don't think about that end up being important on that day (i.e. - having bottled water and snacks for wedding party on site, bringing a duffel bag for the cards and gifts). She even delivered our centerpieces to the hotel for our brunch after the wedding. I highly recommend!!!

Pat and her assistants were awesome. they handled every last detail for us, and the wedding planning was easy and the wedding day was free of stress. pat is worth her weight in gold. do not plan a big wedding without her!
