In the end our invitations came out extremely beautifully. We got to customize them to be exactly what we want. But getting there with Papyrus takes a good bit of time. First you have to wait until the one person in the store who knows how to do the invitations is working and has a backup staff. Then they only give you one invite proof for free, so you can't really play around with details like you might at another place. Then the invitation company, even though we ended up giving them a pdf of what we were going for didn't do it correctly. and it was winter so they didn't work that fast. and then the one person in the store wasn't available. it went on and on. It ended up being such a mess up that they gave us over 30% off and extra envelopes for free. So invitations beautiful. experience a mess.

Our wedding invitations were just beautiful and unique thanks to the ladies at Papyrus. We wanted something whimsical, kind of southern vintage, pretty without being pretentious or overly frilly. And Papyrus delivered above and beyond. The customer service here is absolutely phenomenal and all the little details and thoughtfulness was so appreciated. They even designed color-coded placecards for us so the servers at the reception would know which entree went to which guest. Thank you so much Papyrus for making our day so special!

I waited until the last minute to get my invitations, and the store worked with me and the outside vendor to get them to my in time. I got several compilments on my invitations but they were very expensive. I spent some time looking on the website for invitations and i really liked an invitation that i saw, but they did not sell the invitation in the store. I did not want to order off the website because there are not as many options online (as there are in the store) with changing the fonts, colors, and swapping out images.

We were very happy with Papyrus (Towson Mall) The girls that helped us were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only advice is to go to the store at an off-peak time. It is pretty small and sometimes there is only one person working. They were a tad pricey but I thought they did a great job and the invitations were of a very high quality and we got tons of compliments on them. Arthur Miller even has a baltimore city scene that we were able to put on our invitations- which I thought was great since most of our guests were traveling and were excited to come to a new city! Another note- everything we ordered (we ordered our thank you cards from them as well) arrived much earlier than expected- which was great!

We got our invitations and our ceremony programs from Papyrus in Towsontown Center. They were very nice and professional. They took the time to sit down with us and go over exactly how we wanted everything to look, and the finished products were beautiful.

The only time I had a problem was when I faxed back the signed proof so they could place the order. They claim they never got it, which is possible because faxes aren't perfect, but I never received a phone call to let me know. The time just kept passing until I finally called them to see if the invitations were in yet. Then they told me that they hadn't even placed the order because the never received the signed approval.

Everything came in on time, so I can't complain too much, but I would advise staying on top of things just to make sure you get what you ordered on time.

When the proof of our invitations came into the store, the employees did not contact me to let me know. I had to call in and ask, and they said "oh yes it was faxed to us". Then the invitations were wrong twice when we came to pick them up and we did not get a lot of courtesy for our inconvenience.
