This is a very smart, very modern, eco-friendly way of sending out wedding invitations. We love deciding to go with Paperless post in the end, instead of sending out hundreds of paper mails and waiting for people to send the RSVP back.
It's so easy to use, and you can track whether or not people open the invite, and nudge them (haha). You can also send follow-up messages through the paperless. It's easy for the recipients, they don't need an account or anything to keep track of the message you send them, it simply arrives in their mailbox like a regular email. But it has a nice effect of opening a letter!
Paperless could be free or a few cents per email, depends on how fancy you want to get (like a front and back page, a lining to your envelopes, different color envelops, different "stamps" to put on the back, etc). They also have different designs on it, or you can use a blank card and simply put your photos as the cover.
We had our friend design the invitation front and back, and upload the file onto paperless post, and connects it to our wedding website. It's personal, special, and everybody who receives them loves it.
Highly recommend this to save the earth. -

What an amazing invention Paperless Post is! I loved being able to create a beautiful invitation that reached our guests immediately. I also like being able to track who has seen the invitation and guiding them to the Wedding Wire app for registration. Paperless Post is the way to go. -

Holy helpful!!! Paperless post really was the easiest and most affordable way for us to get all our information out to our guests!! We did a formal, mailed save the date so we wanted to go a different route with the invitation! Even though I love handwritten, beautiful invitations this was the easiest way to go in this day and age. We were able to track everyone's responses and see if they opened it yet or not! We could send responses to certain groups whenever we wanted. This made wedding planning a breeze!! -

Used Paperless Post to send out electronic invitations for our wedding which was only 6 weeks away. We sent 50 invitations for $10. We can track all invitations, see who has opened & responded and track RSVPs you choose number per invitation that can RSVP. They can only go upto that number so there are no surprises. -

We used Paperless post for our save the dates and our rehearsal dinner invites. Honestly, if sending physical invitations weren't still proper etiquette, we would've used them for our invitations too!
What was great about Paperless Post was the amount of customization you could do. We picked a personalized photo of us and included all details we needed. The best part of sending our paperless posts over is that we were able to track them. We could see once they were delivered, plus once they were opened, and if anyone replied/wrote notes. The tracking was the best part. With regular mail you never know whether or not your letter was received or lost (which by the way, there were a few cases with our invitations where they did not get to the intended destination, and same thing with the RSVP cards!). The delivery is almost immediate whereas with regular mail some of the recipients did not receive our letter for almost a month! I will be using Paperless Post for my future events! -

We used paperless post for our Save the Dates for our wedding day, and couldn't be happier with our choice! They made it so easy! We were able to upload our contact list and email addresses easily, design our own save the dates, and send them out electronically. We were able to keep track of who opened them, AND it gave our guests the opportunity to write in their mailing addresses, which really helped us when it came time to send out invitations! It was a wonderful experience and I'd do it all over again if I could. Highly recommend! -

Darby Sent on 08/29/2018I really only decided to do online invitations because my wedding was being planned within 8 weeks time and mailing them was out of the question. But as I started using the PP service, I realized how much easier and what a better value doing it this way actually was. I sent out Save the Dates for absolutely free. Put $25 worth of coins in my account and that got me 55 very nice invitations and 20 rehearsal dinner invitations plus I have coins leftover still. Having a way to track whether people have opened them, RSVP'd, sent in menu requests, was just such a relief and less stressful than waiting on the cards to arrive in the mail. This obviously saved us a BUNCH of money off the total wedding cost as well which is always a plus! -

Alley Sent on 12/10/2017My fiance and I used their website to send out our Save the Dates. First off, you simply can't beat FREE! Their Templates were cute and easy to edit to whatever font and color you wanted. They connect to your email contact list so that you can pick who you want to send the save the date to. Plus, their program made it super easy to see who had received the save the date, who had opened it, and which emails bounced. They even allowed us to fix those emails right away. Some of the emails went to junk mail for our guests, however, because we could see who had opened the email and who hadn't it was easy to contact those people and let them know it was sent out and to check their junk mail folder. Overall exceptional quality, great style, and SUPER user friendly! I'll be using them for pretty much everything from now on! -

We were able to customize our design online and received our order in a gorgeous box in the mail just a week later, followed by an email to make sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted. We're thrilled with our decision to try Paperless Post for printed invitations and would highly recommend for all events.

We decided from the start that we didn't want to do paper invites because they're expensive, hard to track and not very eco-friendly. We loved our experience with Paperless Post. The digital invites were lovely and there are so many designs and customizations to choose from. Plus, you can update details and edit at any time. You can message guests, track RSVPs in real time and best of all... send reminders to those who haven't responded. I liked that I could order paper invites for guests that don't use email and to have a few to keep after the wedding. I HIGHLY recommend going paperless and using Paperless Post! -

Shawna Sent on 03/20/2017I used this service for save the dates and LOVED how easy it was to see who had opened the save the dates. This made it easy to follow up with people who didn't check their emails quite as frequently. In addition, we used them for e-invites so attendees could RSVP directly on our webpage - this was AMAZING and hassle free! We also ordered paper prints of our invites to send to traditionalists and have as keepsakes. The paper product was top-notch and got compliments all around. People had no idea that Paperless Post could offer paper products and I'm glad I used them for my wedding. I will definitely be using this service again for future invitation needs.
