  For years I’ve know they offer the best tasting cakes in the DFW area but I was blown away by the amazing care they provided for my wedding cake.

  Sophie is an angel with amazing talent. Not only did she go beyond exceeding all expectations, she showed how much she cared about my special day every step of the way. I will always be a patron and will be forever grateful.

  Beautiful & Tasty - the perfect combo!

  Right after we got engaged, my mom literally turned her head around and was like "I know who's doing your cake" - apparently Panini Bakery is her absolute FAVORITE! She ended up surprising us with their cake for an engagement party - the white chocolate raspberry is THE BEST! I ended up finding a pic pretty soon after and sent it over to them, and they literally did the rest! Also once I picked out my dress, they decided to add a similar dot print texture that looked like my dress to the layers. It was so beautiful! We didn't do a grooms cake, so they ended up adding layers of chocolate throughout the cake too - it was SO delicious!
  
  When it came to cutting the cake, we ended up cutting through the styrofoam layer and it was HILARIOUS - we keep joking about it!

  Hands down, the best!

  Sophie and Panini Bakery were amazing to work with for our wedding! I lost count of how many guests told us it was the BEST wedding cake they had ever had and I must agree with them! The design came out just as we planned. I can't wait to use them again for future bakery needs. They are truly Best In Class!

  Panini honestly made the best cake I have ever tasted for our wedding! During our free tasting, every single one of the options was incredible. My husband and I decided to mix and match the filling and cake to make our own variation on what Panini had initially presented. I cannot even begin to tell you how many of our guests stopped to tell us that both the bride AND groom's cake was the best cake they had ever had, which also explains why every single piece of both cakes was eaten! Panini was so easy to work with and took our simple vision and turned it into the most beautiful, delicious cake(s) of all time. And as an added bonus, their pricing was better than any other baker in town! Please do yourself a favor and hire Panini Bakery to make your wedding cake!!

  Best cake I've every had!

  This cake was amazing!!! We had the raspberry creme cake and it was literally the best cake I've ever had. We even had guests tell us that they went back for seconds because it was so good. I'm not even a cake person and I loved it. The staff was great and everything was perfect for our big day. Thank you so much, Panini Bakery!!!

  We used Panini Bakery for my bride's cake, and they helped my vision come to life! We had a 5 tier cake alternating between strawberry with strawberry buttercream icing in the middle of the layer with white cake with a raspberry whipped cream icing in the layer. It was delicious! And very reasonably priced. The detailing on the cake was incredible as well. I would highly recommend Panini Bakery!

  We are so happy with our choice of Panini Bakery for our wedding cakes. We didn't have the strongest idea of what design I wanted for our cake, so I was amazed that after 20 minutes with Sophie we had both beautiful cakes designed! We had a couple guests with gluten allergies and they offered to deliver gluten free cupcakes from the business next door with our cake delivery. Definitely next level service! We got rave reviews on the cakes and they looked beautiful!

  I wasn't dead set on doing cookies as I am not much of a cake person. My fiancé and future mother in law insisted I try Panini as they rave about the cakes. My fiancé even said he has know this would be his choice of cake since 6th grade!! Well after the tasting I was a changed woman!! BEST CAKE EVER! The hardest part was picking the flavors! We have worked out the number of tiers and design. Such an easy smooth process! All of the staff has been great to work with! I would recommend this bakery to everyone even if you insist you are not much of a cake person.

  Panini Cake makes excellent cakes. We went with the almond and espresso and from the tasting I could not wait til my wedding day to eat that cake again. She also worked with us to keep the price within our budget and made recommendations based on what she thought would be best.

  I would highly recommend Panini Bakery for any occasion. The cakes are gorgeous and taste just as good, if not better, than they look! When we started planning the wedding, we knew right away that we wanted our cake to come from Panini Bakery. It's the kind of cake you can't resist even when you are on the dreaded "wedding diet". It is no exaggeration when I say that their cakes are the best I've ever had.
  
  We only had about 130 guests, but Sophie advised me to order a cake large enough for 178-200 servings as she said that guests would want to have more than one piece to try the diff flavors (we had a 4 tier cake with a different flavor on every layer). I reluctantly went with her suggestion, but I didn't really think people would eat all of it and was afraid we would have a ton leftover. At most of the weddings I've gone to, I'm usually too full for cake to even try it, much less have more than one slice. Well...turns out Sophie was right. We had NONE leftover (besides the top layer which we saved and actually ate later) and everyone is still raving about how it was the best wedding cake they had ever had. Get your cake here. I promise you will NOT regret it!!

  the wedding cake looked exactly as we wanted. The groom's cake was too and the Texas Tech logo looked perfect.
  
  But looks aren't everything, especially when cut and placed on a plate. The cake was really, really good with all natural flavors, moist and delicious. I highly recommend this vendor!

  I can not praise Panini enough. We just got married and went with cupcakes instead of the traditional cake and a 10" for the cake cutting ceremony. The cupcakes were a hit - especially the chocolate ganache. The flavors and food are matched only by the amazing professionalism and service they provide.

The flowers were cascading down the side and along the bottom. The groom had a cookie box made out of cookies and filled with more cookies and brownies. Everything was so delicious!   We were very happy with our cake. It was exactly the way we had discussed and the cake was so delicious. We tried three different bakeries and went with Panini because of cost and taste. They were by far the most moist and delicious cake of the bakeries we tried.

The team at Panini was incredibly accommodating, allowing several flavors for the bride's cake and specially mixing frosting colors for the custom groom's cake. THE CAKES WERE FLAWLESS! Both were absolutely gorgeously crafted to our specifications, and everyone was raving about how moist the cakes were. Best cake we've ever had. Wholeheartedly recommend. It's a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for!

  We absolutely LOVED our wedding cake! We are still getting compliments on not only the taste but also how beautiful it was! I delivered flowers the week of and they arranged them on the cake in a beautiful display that I do not even think the florist could beat. I would recommend Panini to anyone and everyone who is trying to decide on a bakery.

  Panini Bakery made two of my wedding cakes! I absolutely loved working with Sophie and her team. They were more than accommodating and really made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake!! I will use them again for another event and highly recommend them!

  Panini Bakery made two of my wedding cakes! I absolutely loved working with Sophie and her team. They were more than accommodating and really made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake!! I will use them again for another event and highly recommend them!

  We worked with Sophie at Panini Bakery and had the best experience. First of all, our cake was absolutely delicious. I was dead set on having a lemon cake, which wasn't initially one of the flavors included in our tasting, but Sophie was able to bring us out a bite and it was perfect. We also fell in love with their almond flavor and ended up doing alternating layers of lemon and almond. We got so many compliments on our wedding cake and it was one of my favorite things about the night. The design of our cake was also incredible. They worked with our florist to incorporate our flowers into the cake and it was truly a work of art. I would recommend Panini to anyone I know getting married in Dallas.
