Cake was absolutely amazing! It was everything I dreamed of. This will be my permanent bakery from now on.

Not only did our wedding cake look amazing but it tasted amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests. Sophie was so easy to work with!

Panini made my husband and me such delicious cakes. Sofia, the main lady who runs the bakery is easy to work with. I loved my cake and my husband loved his! They offer such great value and such great tastiness!

My wedding was amazing and I wouldn't have changed a thing about the whole weekend! But out of all the vendors I used, I would have to say Panini Bakery takes the cake!

My wedding cake and my husband's groom cake were both beautiful and deliciously outstanding.
We cut the cake and each had our mouthful of cake for a few seconds. We went around to talk to guests, and BOTH cakes were finished (and we made sure to get EXTRA cake). AND our slices of cake that we had cut, had been eaten. We left Dallas the next day and I didn't get another bite of Panin's outstanding cake.

I can't wait until our one year anniversary and have a sample of the yumminess that is Panini's white chocolate raspberry!!! I also can't wait to see Sophie again. She was such a pleasure to work with. We did our fair share of tastings, and tried Panini's twice- but there is nothing like a cake from Panini.

Hands down - this was the best cake I've ever had in my life! The wedding cake was better than I could have envisioned. The cake was reasonably priced and also had the details that I wanted. I can't wait to get a cake for future occasions.

Delicious cakes!!! And beautiful too! My wedding cake was traditional with white-on-white piping; white cake with almond butter cream filling and butter cream frosting! Just amazing! The groom's cake was dark chocolate with cappuccino mousse..mmmm! It was Dr. Who themed (they were a little confused by that, but they pulled it off beautifully!)The cake was there when we arrived for the reception; no problems! Prices are pretty normal for wedding cakes. They also did a 25th anniversary cake for my parents a couple of years ago and it was wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

We went to SIX cake tastings in Dallas till we found the most delicious chocolate in town! We wanted people to remember loving our wedding cake. The brides cake was half chocolate, and half white. Panini fills the cake with a delucious mousse. The white chocolate mousse was the talk of the evening, as was the chocolate. We had 365 guests and bought a cake for 350, and the whole thing was devoured! Not one slice left! It was absolutely beautiful, and exactly like my daughter had drawn with a large fondant bow on the center layer and fondant roses on top. Sophie is a doll to work with. They are known for their consistency and dependability. Guests still talk about it being the best cake they've ever had. If you live in Dallas, you must use Panini!!! Tell her Donna sent you!

Panini is by far the best cake place in Dallas. :) The cakes are cheaper than Romano's, but taste much better and frankly they are much nicer. They are able to whip up flavors for you to taste immediately and their cakes are so much more moist and flavorful than other places we looked. Though Romano's is often talked about in Dallas media, Panini is clearly the better choice. She delivers a great product that looks professional and creative, and one that our guests have continued to comment on (they keep saying it was surprisingly delicious!). I highly recommend.

I LOVED MY CAKE! Thank you so much Panini Bakery! Sophie is so, so sweet and kind. At my consultation I had a cake picked out that was buttercream covered in fondant hydrangea petals. It turned out to be a little bit more expensive than I wanted to spend, but instead of trying to convince me to buy it, or suggesting I just get the basic package (buttercream cake with buttercream swirls and/or monogram), she suggested I get a cake with fewer hydrangea petals placed in cascades on the teirs. The cake was even more beautiful than my inspiration picture! I saved probably $200 and had a better-looking cake than I would have if Sophie hadn't helped me find something that fit my budget!

And the taste! I had two flavor fillings, almond filling and buttercream with fresh strawberries filling. They were so delicious! Everyone loved the cake!

We also had three flavors of cupcakes in lieu of actual grooms cake - mocha, german chocolate, and carrot cake. They were cute and so yummy!

I would absolutely recommend Panini Bakery to anyone - my lovely cake was one of the best things about my wedding!

I LOVE Sophie and Panini Bakery. My fiance and I tasted a lot of cakes and Panini was one of the last ones we tasted. So glad we decided to wait to make a decision after we tasted her cakes! The cakes were by far the best in Dallas and Sophie was very welcoming and great to work with. I came in with a picture of a cake from a magazine and not only did Sophie replicate it, but also added my wedding colors to make it more personal. Our cake was a 4 tier with fondant flowers on the middle layer, simply beautiful. Since we couldn't decide on what flavor/fillings to go with (since they were so delicious- the strawberry filling is my favorite), we went with all of them. The best part about Panini Bakery is their customer service. At our wedding, we thought we would have a ton of cake left over, and it wasn't the case after the wedding. We were so bummed we weren't able to try all the flavors and told our reception contact. Sophie called me and wanted us to be able to try the flavors we had on the cake and made us little samples. Not all bakeries would do this and what makes Panini stand apart even more. I was appreciate and overjoyed. The cakes are a bit pricey, and we decided to forgo a grooms cake in order to have one of these cakes. Thanks Sophie for the absolutely beautiful cake, you've earned a life long customer!!

This place is amazing!!! The cake I ordered from my wedding was the best cake I have EVER tasted!!! I am still getting compliments on how delicious it was! In addition, this venue does not want you to eat frozen cake a year later, so when your anniversary approaches you call them and they will make you a new top layer - complimentary!!!!!

We ordered a wedding cake and a groom's cake for our daughter's wedding on Sunday, May 29, 2011. The cakes, done in buttercream, were delicious...there was enough cake for twice the number of guests due to having the groom's cake, too, and almost every last bit of it was gone. The cakes were delivered on time and looked very nice. But, you will be happier if you are very specific about what you want rather than leaving it to the bakery so there are no surprises or pushback at the last minute.

Panini was great to work with! They sit down and have a design session with you providing you with actual cakes to look and to help visualize what works best for your number of guests.

While they only have a small number of flavors for wedding cakes - they make the best tasting cakes in Dallas! Everyone at my reception raved about my cake and a week later the left overs are still fresh and moist and fabulous! Best tasting cakes in town! Also prettiest cakes in town!

Can't say enough about how great both the wedding and grooms cake were. Sophie had great ideas and did every thing we ask. Both cakes were beautiful and tasted wonderful! Price was very reasonable. Guest commented the wedding cake was the most delicious they had ever had.
