Working with this vendor was the scariest thing I had to experience in the preparation of my wedding. The company went out of business but never bothered to contact the brides. I actually found out that the company "disappeared" after talking to the dressmaker - Matthew Christopher (who were EXCELLENT). They contacted my explaining the situation and I immediately disputed the deposit charges with my credit card company. I eventually got the dress barely in time for a seamstress to work on it. The only reason, I rated the Professionalism as 1 is at least they sent my contact information to the dressmaker for them to contact me.

Worst customer service experience of my life. They charged me twice to hem the dress because they didn't hem it the first time. The dress was 2 months late and I was told it was everywhere from China to Ohio. They lie, overcharge, and ignore ringing phones. They don't allow their customers to speak to a manager and are completely rude. Stay away at all costs. My experience was with the Los Altos location but I called redondo who were just as unhelpful.

I absolutely love the dress I bought at Panache. The dress is the highest quality, is beautiful, and was perfect for me. The staff at Panache wasn't always the friendliest or flexible but I am very happy with the end result.
