They were inviting, friendly, professional & knowledgeable-I described what I wanted, he factored in what I wanted to spend, & came up with something great & too rich for words. Yum. Bring your mother & your mother in law-it was a great bonding experience for us girls...Oh, & yum. Family business. Made me feel confident that it would arrive on-time & in one piece, etc. Outstanding service. Nice presentable 3 tiers for very reasonable price.

The wedding cake was the only dessert so it had to not only look good but taste good. They had the best combination of flavors, didn't have lots of surcharges for "premiums" and the cake tasted great! If you want a cake that tastes great and looks better without breaking the bank, this is the baker for you! They created the colors I wanted and the design in one simple meeting.

THANK YOU Joanne, for making me feel so comfortable when I came to pick out my wedding cake. It was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, and was exactly the way I told you I wanted it (no white, all ivory). You know how strongly I felt about that! You are THE BEST! OH, and the cake was delicious too! HA HA

The team at Palermo's did an amazing job from start to finish. The level of professionalism and demeanor is refreshing and very much appreciated. During our consultation, we explained our vision of what we would like our wedding cake to look like, and taste like. Not only did they fulfill our wishes, but they went above and beyond to ensure that the cake would be one less thing to worry about. We will definitely be returning customers for our family events and perhaps out baby christening one day!

We went to Palermo's with a photo of a cake we liked and they replicated it perfectly. I absolutley loved the way the cake looked and it was delicious. I ate two slices of the cake at my wedding! We got a ton of compliments on it.

OMG...My cake was amazing!!!! Truely a dream come true, everyone was taking pictures of the cake. I loved Joanna because she is very helpful and honest. :) She knows exactly what type of cake is needed for a certain look you want which is great if you want a nice looking cake. The cake was so BEAUTIFUL!!!! This bekery is the greatest...I will only order from this bakery for now all. Please brides check her work out first it's so amazing! I promise you won't regret it. I went change my cake budget as soon as I seen her work! lol

Joanne, the owner of Palermo's Bakery, was amazing to work with! She was so helpful and so accomodating! Palermo's did both, my wedding cake, and a groom's cake. Our cake was absolutely beautiful, but the one that stole the show, was definitely the groom's cake. It was a dalmatian laying on his bed. We have a 12 year old dalmatian and the love of my husband's life! Working with Joanne to get all the details of "Dobber", from the color of his bed, to Dobber's exact spots, was simply amazing! I really would love to recommend Palermo's Bakery to all brides who want to be able to express their vision and see it fullfilled!

Hi! I just got married this Saturday at The Cranbury Inn and I can't tell you how many compliments I received on the cake. First of all, it was gorgeous. I didn't have to add anything to the table because it was so beautiful. The most important thing was that it was delicious. I don't ever remember liking someone's wedding cake but I ate TWO pieces! I had to try both flavors : ) All of my guests raved about it. The tri color cookies and black and whites were a hit also. I can't wait for my one year anniversary to eat some more of the cake. Palermos is such a wonderful place to work with and provided me with the most amazing wedding cake ever!!

Palermo Bakery did my daughters Sweet 16 cake.....and it was absolutly amazing, breath taking. They took my daughters drawing and made it come to life. They made her so happy. They went above and beyond to help us. They are truly amazing people!

We loved our cake from Palermo's! It was beautiful, called "Present of Love". It was a 4 tier rectangular cake with purple decorations. The cake was also delicious! Chocolate cake with mocha filling! We were both very happy with our wedding cake! They also have a great website!

We were thrille with Palermo Bakery! Joann, Paul and the staff did a terrific job! Not only did they create a fabulous custom nridal shower cake, they also designed our wedding cake! Not only were the cakes gorgeous, they were delicious too! If you are looking for any special occasion cake, look no further then Palermo! They are worth every penny!!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED our mini wedding cakes from Parlemo!! We worked with Paulie who really helped us figure out how to make our cake special. They mixed a filling for us on at the cake tasting and it was AMAZING!
Fantastic customer service and absolutely delicious, moist cake!

My cake looked beautiful! The tasting was alot of fun but make sure you make a reservation, they get busy! They even allowed us to take home the pieces that we did nto finnish. They were great with contacting you and confirming. Alot of my guests could nto stop raving about the cake. Alot of them went back for seconds and even took some home! The best price around and a real pleasure to work with!
