Alyssa Sent on 08/29/2018I can not even begin to describe the wonderful experience we had with Orchard Grove. From the moment we first toured the venue we were in love! They include linens, chairs, tables, great decorations, and even do the catering as well! Jennifer was phenomenal to work with, quick to respond and patient with all of my questions and requests. She made the whole night go smoothly, and her staff is absolutely fantastic! All of our guests were raving about the beautiful location, the food was out of this world good (we went with the comfort italian, the baked chicken is HEAVEN) and everyone was so friendly. Jennifer also helped connect me with a few other vendors that Orchard has used in the past and all of her recommendations were amazing. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony but it rained, I can honestly say I think I'm happy it did. The ceremony in the barn was beautiful and so intimate, I couldn't have imagined it going smoother. I would easily recommend anyone getting married that wants a beautiful, mostly all-inclusive, rustic barn-theme wedding, there's NO where else I would go. Jennifer and team thank you so much again, it was the best night of our lives.

Their passion and understanding of such an important day was beyond measure and quite obvious through our conversations, and more so through their actions. User2771911 Sent on 09/18/2016We just got married here tonight and literally the only complaint I have about the entire year long experience with Mike and Whitney is the length of time it took for someone to get back to me about a final meeting date. Aside from that everything was perfect from the venue to the food. They aren't in the wedding industry to nickel and dime people they're here to give you an amazing wedding day that won't break the bank but surpasses many other venues in the area and even state I would argue. -

Jordanna Sent on 08/12/2016Our wedding was June 11, 2016. It rained all day long, then finally stopped a little before our ceremony and the sun came out for the entire event.
Grounds: absolutely breathtaking and made for great pictures; guests loved hanging out on the side deck enjoying the view. New parking lot/driveway was a great addition!
Amenities: four handicap accessible bathrooms are located inside the barn; such an awesome feature to have (definitely beats using porta potties, especially for older and disabled guests). Bridal suite has huge sectional sofa, makeup counter/stools and a private bathroom, very roomy and comfy. A little dark for makeup since there's no windows for natural light; may want to bring extra lighting just in case. Barn rafters are permanently decorated with string lights that are beautiful and add such a romantic touch to the venue.
Flexibility: planned to have the ceremony at the gazebo (which is where we rehearsed the night before) but it rained all day. Mike was very good about accommodating the last minute change to hold it on the back deck, and it turned out beautifully anyway! Love that there were so many options available and that he was willing to switch everything within a few hours of the ceremony start time.
Professionalism: Mike & Whitney are wonderful, friendly people. They are very laid back, and I think that can clash if you're a particular person. HOWEVER in the end they made sure I was happy and that our wedding was a huge success. I would just recommend making sure all your specific details are outlined and agreed upon in writing (as with all your wedding vendors) and you won't have any problems. This couple has poured their heart and soul into this venue over the last two years, and I expect they'll only get more amazing as the time goes on!
Value: We got an INCREDIBLE value with this venue. Especially when compared to other local barn venues, this can't be beat! -

Erin Sent on 05/31/2018I am so glad that we decided to have our wedding at Orchard Grove Farms! It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning and Jennifer was amazing at helping us coordinate our special day! She was always super friendly, responded very quickly and was very accommodating with all of our requests! The venue space is gorgeous and Jennifer and her team did an amazing job coordinating and setting up all of our decorations. You can't beat the value when you can have the ceremony (inside or outside depending on weather) and reception in one location, plus they make their own (delicious!) food and will set up everything for you! They even have a lot of small decorations already that are available for you to use (mason jars, fairy lights, banners, chalkboard signs, etc) so that was pretty awesome! And not only that, there is a lovely bridal suite on site where you and your bridesmaids can hang out and get ready! We ordered off of the BBQ menu and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice the day of our wedding with a lot of drizzly rain and wind, but it stopped just long enough for us to have the ceremony outside, and Jennifer and her team were great at communicating and pulling everything together for us. There were a few little things that did not come out exactly as we had requested, such as our photo booth props being left off of the table and not providing a crate/basket for the gifts. We also did not have a plate for our cake cutting. But overall those are very insignificant compared to how wonderful the rest of the wedding turned out! Everyone had a great time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous, all inclusive outdoor/barn venue! -

Kelly Sent on 10/14/2016We looked at all the area barns that host weddings and this one was the most affordable, most flexible and by far the most authentic barn. The grounds are beautiful. My only concern is with the food-we had 2 tastings and the chef still didn't get it right. I would suggest they allow outside caterers so that you could have more choices.Orchard Grove Farms LLC.'s reply:
The client is referring to the fact that they got bone in chicken instead of boneless chicken breast for their baked marinated chicken dish. That was our mistake. We apologize and will be more vigilant in the future. -
User2343994 Sent on 09/30/2015Mike and Whitney were very personable and that was a great part of our experience with them. Our wedding turned out to be a beautiful day and everything came together well. I was very stressed leading up to the wedding because I didn't feel like they had a lot of suggestions to help me plan out what I wanted. The barn had workers and extra equipment in it up right before the ceremony began. I didn't feel confident that it would all come together but it eventually did. It wasn't always easy to get a response from Mike on questions we had or when we could come to visit to make plans.

User2260085 Sent on 08/07/2015I was very stressed as we neared the wedding, as the owners had kept assuring us that work on the deck and bridal room would be ready. When we arrived the night before for our rehearsal the deck was still being built, they had to work on it up until a half hour prior to the ceremony starting and still was not completely finished. There were piles of scrap lumber, etc to the side of the deck where my guests could see. The bridal room was not done nicely and the floors were dirty when we arrived the morning of the wedding to get ready. The owners did not appear or dress professionally during the wedding. They were aware that we had purchased more alcohol after the caterers had left and then told us that alcohol could not be served after 10 pm. There seems to be a lack of regard to how important of a day this was to me and my husband.
