DO NOT USE!! This vendor scammed me. They promised a certain price and when I received the final contract, they charged more for mileage than their actual services. I had already submitted a down deposit for my services which I cancelled immediately. I have submitted a civil complaint against this group because they will not return my deposit. Please do your research and be aware!

I have never been so disappointed. They seemed like a good company in the beginning because I dealt with the oh so friendly office staff. Reverend Goings never once called me to discuss our needs or learn anything about us. Three months prior to our ceremony, I sent our customized ceremony for the Reverend's review and never heard a word back. When I called to see what was going on, all they cared about was if I had made my final payment. As we got closer to the wedding, I tried numerous times to contact the Rev. and she never returned my call until the day before the wedding 10 minutes before stepping on a plane for another wedding. The day of the wedding, she was to show at 9:00 AM for my 9:45 ceremony to review the order of service with my coordinator. At 9:30 no reverend. I called her phone to learn that she was lost. When she arrived, 10 minutes before the ceremony was to start, she told my coordinator that she had changed my ceremony "to make it commonwealth friendly". Absolute bullshit ...she rewrote it into a church sermon, which is exactly not what I requested. To top it all off, she mispronounced my name 50% of the time and added stuff to the ceremony that I had purposely left out due to our beliefs. Had she actually called me to discuss prior to the wedding...all of this could have been avoided. I would have not had her marry us. So those of you who had her cancel on you...be thankful. I would rather have had that happen than have her ruin my wedding ceremony. Do not hire "Oh Happy Day"...you will not be happy with the results!!!

At first I thought I found the perfect officiant, but then after my ceremony I found out that the whole thing was invalid since the wrong person showed up to do it. We had an elopement style wedding which was us, a couple witnesses and a pastor.
The service we got to do it was terrible. The pastor was sick (or something) and called another pastor in the company to do the wedding. That pastor called a trainee who wasn't even able to do the wedding and the trainee did a very terrible job nor was she was legally able to do it.
They did respond fairly well at first but then it seemed they were unreachable afterwards.
When the mistake was found out, we picked another day and she said that she couldn't do it on certain days and more due to prior engagements that people put their money into and acted like us wanting it redone ASAP was no big deal and the whole thing was very unprofessional. Before we would've recommended the pastor to a lot of people but no one should have to deal with all the non-professionalism that this company has shown.

Terrible! I wish I had seen these poor reviews before I ever gave these people my money! They told me I could get a full refundif we had a change of plans, but I have been calling them several times for the last 4 MONTHS and the NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE or listen to my voicemails. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and they won't let me! They owe me $150 and won't pay it back. Do NOT give these people any of your money!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I got married in May of this year and unfortunately had to cancel with this officiant before I had even signed a contract because a family member offered to marry us instead. Not only did I never receive my refund, but every email they sent me had tons of misspellings. Overall, extremely unreliable and illiterate staff.

This officiant called to cancel the day before the wedding!!! She stated there were no flights back to PA from Detroit. Ironically a friend of mine flew back from Detroit that day and made it to my rehearsal dinner with no problems. They sent back my deposit but still owe me $130.00 from June 2009 that they claim has to be sent from Arizona and the can't do anything about it. After repeated phone calls, where they say they will personally give me my money back, I still have not been paid! What disgusting people to take advantage of people on their wedding. DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!!!!!!
