Linda is the best! The flowers were done exactly how I wanted them. She really took the time to meet with me a few times to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My pictures look amazing because the flowers are so beautiful and vibrant. I never realized how much flowers can really make a picture!!

Ocean Greenery provided flowers for our wedding on 9/20/09. We ordered a bridal bouquet, 2 boutinnieres, 2 wrist corsages, and flowers for our trellis. We were very disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and overall lacking quality. Several of the flowers in the bridal bouquet and the boutinniere flowers were cracked and brown upon delivery which indicates they clearly were not fresh flowers. The wrist corsages were the wrong color and they only placed half the number of flowers on the trellis we had requested. After the wedding, we sent them an email indicating our disappointment about the services they delivered and we received no response. It wasn't until we contacted Angie's List and made a formal complaint and showed up at their store to discuss our disappointment with their services, that we received any response. Linda, the florist owner, was not apologetic or sympathetic regarding our concerns. She was very defensive and reluctant to acknowledge that there were problems with the floral services we received. She did agree to refund half of our money, probably to appease Angie's List and prevent her business from being blacklisted. We would warn anyone about getting floral services from Ocean Greenery, especially for a special day such as a wedding. The quality of the flowers is second-rate and the customer service and attention to detail is very lacking.

Linda was a pleasure to work with and had has a very talented eye with regards to flowers. She was professional, on time and responsive. The flowers were amazing and really made an impact on the overall feel.
