A home away from home!
Naples Bay Resort is phenomenal!!! We loved every moment and aspect of our stay. The property and rooms are beautiful and the service is presented with perfection. We loved it so much we decided to host our wedding on the property and all of our guests from 40 occupied rooms were delighted with the entire experience and couldn’t compliment the resort and staff enough. Wow! We would not have chosen to have our wedding anywhere else. The attention to detail that the resort provides is impeccable. All of our guests and us felt like we could stay there for weeks. We felt appreciated, we felt safe, even in a covid world, we felt the cleanliness was top notch, and we also had so much fun! You don’t need to go far to get to downtown Naples but truthfully speaking you don’t really want to leave once you are there. The gym is simply gorgeous and the pool areas are as good as any resort we have been to in North American and the Caribbean . Everything from the setup of the resort, the spacious and clean rooms, the staff at check-in to the restaurants to the valet, everything was spot on perfection. I believe the management team truly defines the definition on great hospitality. We will be back and so will our guests! In regards to event planning, you will not be disappointed. There is a beauty to the marina that you cannot find elsewhere and Jennifer will personally make sure that every single detail of your event is perfectly executed. Kudos to Naples Bay! Kudos to the staff! -

We had our wedding at Naples Bay Resort on January 19, 2019. It was so amazing, and we wouldn't change a thing!
We chose NBR because of the location, and the overall feel when you walk around their beautiful resort. "The Pointe," which is their big reception room, has a high ceiling, tons of natural light from the large windows, and is a fantastic blank slate for whatever you'd like to do, decor wise.
The day of the wedding, the NBR staff was on point. Every single staff member was professional, smiling, and willing to go the extra mile. We had our ceremony in the outside area, and it was beautifully manicured.
Before our wedding, we were not able to do a food tasting. We were a little nervous about this, but trusted them to do a nice job. They did an AWESOME job! We picked some non-traditional things- taco bar, wings, pasta bar, etc. Our guests absolutely loved it.
I was so impressed with the head chef, because as my husband and I came up to the buffet, he personally walked us through so he could explain each part. They did not disappoint! I have Celiac's disease and can only eat gluten free, and they went above and beyond to be sure there were plenty of options for me. The chef was really so helpful, and you could tell he takes his job very seriously.
Our guests LOVED the food and the space. Great job Naples Bay Resort staff! -

Lenisha Sent on 10/09/2017June 17, 2017, was amazing! Naples Bay Resort is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen. The staff was so accommodating, responsive and very flexible. Money spent for food, lodging and venue for the wedding was worth every penny. The food was simply delicious. Everything I needed as a bride was at my fingertips. Linda, the Director of Sales and Marketing was AWESOME. She made sure everything I requested was there. I would not trade the experience I had at this beautiful place. Ian and I will definitely return for our Anniversary. The rooms were so spacious and our guest thoroughly enjoyed their stay. I continue to hear even 4 months later that our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings ever. Thank you Naples Bay Resort. -

Everything is located in a beautiful location and their professional, top notch service amazed us. Our guests enjoyed every moment of their stay due to the service and everything there is to do. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to have their wedding in a beautiful, quiet setting on the water. -

Everyone was friendly, accommodating and professional. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the resort was and how much they loved their accommodations. We recently moved to Naples and most of our guests were from NY. The resort exceeded our expectations and Lexi made our wedding day dreams a reality! Thank you so much! -

They went above and beyond to help with wedding set up, especially due to the time crunch that was added on with room availability and the rain delay. We had originally booked the venue for the outdoor ceremony that unfortunately became rained out and we had to fit inside our reception venue last minute. No one can predict weather so I would never take that away from the service they provided us. Lexi, the catering manager went way past her duties and was extraordinary with help, set up, coordinating, etc. She was amazing and made all of this possible. -

Food & drink: excellent flexibility and delicious. NBRM made sure that all our requests were met.
The staff: the wait staff & bartenders were amazing. They were attentive, truly looked like they loved their jobs, complimentary & provided everything I requested. Guests also said how nice they were. Everyone was so friendly from the pool staff to the cleaners. Noe, the Banquet Capitan, was very attentive to my Grandma & the group sitting at the reception with her. Noe was fantastic throughout. Brian at the front desk was helpful.
The resort: NBRM is beautiful & allowed for BEAUTIFUL pics. We picked the area by the smaller pool for the ceremony, which came at no additional cost & had a perfect view. Yacht Club for the reception was a great size for our group & the layout was perfect; allowed for a dinner area & a semi-separate dance floor in the same room. The bar was XL & near dancing.
The on-site wedding coordinator: We could not have been more pleased with what Lexi did for us. Really, Lexi is awesome. Pre-wedding she met my many requests, answered my 1000 questions quickly, provided advice & foresaw areas that I had overlooked. Day of she helped coordinate decorations, helped decorate & provided last minute additions, made sure we kept to the timeline without making us feel rushed, coordinated a bus & golf cart so we could take pictures quickly to return to the guests, helped with the details to make everything run smoothly & did all that with a huge smile on her face. One great example of the excellent service is when I told her we were going to 7th Avenue Social for an after party. I didn't request anything from her but when we got there we had a space reserved for us. You can tell she loves what she does. We ran into her on Friday night when we were out in town she gave me a hug. What more can you ask for from a wedding planner?
