MyGatsby has wonderful invitation designs. They are expensive but their staff is very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to do multiple rounds of edits because they were unable to correct issues I had with the design on the first try.

The paper that we ordered was nice. The delivery time was a little slower then expected. They were nice when I called them, but they weren't sure where my product was at when I called.

I used this website to order the invitations and enclosures for our wedding. I liked the fact that this website allows you to basically design your own wedding invitations and preview them on line before ordering; their website is very user-friendly and there are many colors and styles of invitations to select from. However, when I received the invitations, I was not happy with the quality of the paper used or the envelopes. This is probably my fault - I should have ordered the sample cardstock to check that out before ordering and I did not.

Mygatsby.com has beautiful invitations. I received several compliments on my invitations. The site really lets you personalize your colors, layout, etc. My invitations was a book, that opened up and had several pockets for all of the information cards it contained. However, this site is hard to use on a time crunch (less than 3 months) and it is a bit pricey.

I ordered envelopes from this site for my July 2006 wedding and they were perfect. However, I ordered 6x9 pocket folios for my sister's wedding invitations and did not realize that in the specifications the size says 5.5" x 8.5" for this item. Needless to say, I was very surprised when I ordered them. The envelopes that supposedly go with this size are 6 1/2 x 9 9/16" which is much too big if the actual pocketfold is 5.5x8.5. It is VERY misleading to call the item 6x9 when that is incredibly inaccurate. And of course it is all unreturnable. So I will have to get the cardstock that I ordered to go with it cut smaller to fit and the entire invitation package will look incredibly unprofessional with envelopes that are a size too large. Very disappointed this time around. I've already let members of The Knot.com know about my experience.

When I found MyGatsby.com online I fell in love with the invitations. I placed my order and even paid the overpriced fee for 2/3 day delivery. On the third day after not receiving my order I phoned My Gatsby and asked if they could track my order.
I gave my information and they told me they would have to call me back. They called me back and informed me that it was never shipped and they would ship out the next morning. I informed them that I had paid for the 2/3 day delivery but they never offered to refund that part of my order. I received my invitations days late after paying an overpriced fee for quicker shipping and was given a explanation of that they forgot. Again the invitations I loved but the professionalism needs some major improvements.

The invitations were gorgeous and everyone adored them, especially me. I got the pocket fold invitations and they were just beautiful.

The only complaints I had were a) the price was a bit steep in my opinion, and b) I screwed up with the date on the first set of invites (I created them in 2006 for a 2007 wedding and accidentally wrote 2006 - had it checked by about a dozen people and no one caught it!), and I know it was my fault, but for something so expensive you think they would catch that the date printed was already passed. I didn't complain or request they reprint because it was obviously my fault, just thought maybe for the price something like that would be noticed! CHECK THEM CAREFULLY!

My Gatsby was great and very helpful. My only minor complaints were the color selections (we wanted more pastel colors that they didn't have) and the lack of envelopes for response postcards.

The invitations turned out nicely but they took a little longer than they said they would. The only reason that a couple of days made a difference is because I made plans with my mom, his mom and a couple of the bridesmaids to assemble the invitations together on a Saturday. I timed my order so that it would arrive on Thursday and it didn't arrive until the following Monday so I had to reschedule with everyone. They refunded my overnight shipping charges which I appreciated but it was still a hassle.

I purchased my invitations from MyGatsby.com. I loved them! I wanted a black invitation with silver writing on it and they were the ONLY place that would print on black. I was very satisfied with how they turned out. I was a lil sketchy doin the invitations over the internet but they turned out beautiful. I wasn't completely satisfied with their service. The were hard to get ahold of on the phone and I was on hold for hours. Other than that, I had no problems.

The flexibility to be able to order the individual pieces of the invitations and put them together ourselves to save money was great for the budget we were trying to stick to. The invitations turned out better than we imagined. My advice - go ahead and get the matching thank you cards, its hard to find decent ones in the stores for a good price.
