Stacey is AMAZING!!! She is the nicest person to work with, goes above and beyond what I ever expected! She can be tough and is great in any situation!

Stacey took care of even the smallest details to ensure that our wedding day was absolutely perfect. From the moment we met her, Stacey anticipated our every need. She set up meetings with vendors that met our detailed specifications and then helped us make our final choices. Stacey came to our house to meet with us during the planning. Each time she came prepared with a list of items to discuss. I cannot imagine how much time and money we saved by hiring Stacey to help us easily identify the best vendors in the area and navigate the world of weddings. My husband and I, along with our parents, were able to enjoy every moment of our special day because Stacey was behind the scences overseeing the entire day. I have recommended Stacey to every bride I know.

Using Stacey at Monumental Events was the best decision I made in my wedding planning. She was so organized and had been through everything before that it made my life so much easier and stress-free. My husband said there was a noticeable decline in my stress level after the first time we met with Stacey. She made sure everything ran smoothly with all of our other venders and helped me think through all the little things I needed to do. She made lots of to do lists and gave me suggestions whenever I needed them. I have already referred her to everyone I know getting married and would really refer her for any and all important events.

Exceptional - I could not have done this without her help! She was very organized and had a lot of ideas and resources. My parents had a little trouble getting her to respond to them in a timely manner but she was very timely when communicating with me. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

Our day was perfect because of Stacy. It was so smooth and I didn't worry about one thing! She did so much work for us. I had the best vendors because of Stacy. Monumental Event planning is by far the best in Northern Virginia.

Stacey is PERFECT as a wedding planner! I felt like I'd met my twin - being a project manager with a strong personality and strong organizational skills, I had NO PROBLEM letting Stacey drive things. We had a coordinated effort throughout the 9 months that we worked together. She is very thorough and detail-oriented and utilizes great organizational tools. I would recommend her for ANY EVENT - and as mentioned in my review of my mom's wish for her 75th BD to be celebrated at Briar Patch, Stacey might be getting repeat business from us!

Before I forget, I had contacted 11 wedding planners - Stacey was one of three that actually took the time to respond to my emails and phone calls. It took me 2 months to find her - but what a find! Awesome job Stacey!

Working with Stacey was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. I remember on our first meeting she asked why I wanted to hire a wedding planner and I told her that I wanted someone who would take on all the responsibilities as the wedding day got closer and who would take care of everything on the day of the wedding and allow me to enjoy the moment without any worries. Stacey fulfilled this and went above and beyond anything I expected. For example, my husband and I had a problem with our first florist who went on vacation a month before the wedding before finalizing all of the floral details. Stacey was able to step in and found us a florist within days. And this florist provided more than our previous florist with less money and they were able to capture the exact image I had for the wedding flowers. Because of her and her team my husband and I can look back at our wedding day and remember a beautiful day with no worries. I highly recommend Stacey to any bride and groom who are going through the process of finding a wedding planner who works with the couple (as appose to the couple working with the planner) to create the dream they have imagined.

Stacey was fantastic. She began working with me about six weeks before the wedding and essentially took over for me. She was able to keep all of the vendors on track and provided me with weekly updated lists of things that I should be taking care of and what she would be taking care of. She was extremely responsive to both emails and phone calls, making working with her a breeze. She understood that I had worked hard to get the wedding that I wanted, and made the event flow smoothly the day of. She was a godsend and thoroughly enjoyable to work with. I don't believe the day would have been as fantastic without her service (and her husband's, who is her business partner!).
