My husband went to Montelongo's to look for my engagement ring, and they ended up working with him to come up with a one of a kind design. They were very flexible and really listened to his ideas and the on site jeweler made my ring by hand in the shop. We also had my wedding band custom made there so they would fit together perfectly. They had to keep my engagment ring for a while to design the band, so that was kind of a bummer, but they tried really hard to keep it for only the necessary time. They also will clean both of my rings whenever I want for free which is great!

My engagement ring and my husband's wedding ring are from here. They are both wonderful, and I am so glad we choose Montelongo's for our jeweler. We did choose to get my wedding band somewhere else because their prices did not fit in the budget we were allowing for the wedding band. I still visit the store often to check my prongs and clean my rings, and would definitely recommend. My engagement ring stone is absolutely beautiful, and they sell quality products.

They create their own rings and have their own jeweler and lab in the back. Great Business!!

Very rude! When he went tp pick up the engagement ring, he never received a box and it was placed in a brown paper sack. He was ask "If he was really ready to make such a large commitment and if he had support from his friend who went with him to pick it up"

After the first diaster I chose to work with the manager only and it was even worse. Added an hidden charge when we went to pick up the wedding bands. Claimed Iw as lying about the cost. Ordered the wrong bands that were suppose to be guaranteed to match.

I hope this store goes out of business!

I had a good time shopping for the engagement ring. They made me feel very comfortable, and put no pressure on me. They took a lot of time to ensure I got exactly what I wanted.

When it came time to get our wedding bands, we also got them here. They were able to take several ideas that I liked and custom made my wedding band. It turned out looking really classy.

They also have a deal where you can return the diamond (in the future when you can afford a bigger one) and they will give you the full value of your original ring towards the purchase of the new one.

Did a custom order for me. Great service and good turn around time to get our order to us. Very professional
