My husband purchased my engagement ring and together we purchased a custom wedding band from Moissanite Co. The only thing that went wrong with the purchase of my engagement ring was that it shipped a few days later than expected.
We couldn't find a wedding band that went well with my engagement ring so we contacted a sales person to modify one of the bands on their website to a curved shape to accommodate the center stone. He quoted me and we took a few days to think about whether we would like to purchase it. We decided to go ahead and make that purchase so we emailed him back. He did not respond for another week so I was very nervous we wouldn't get it in time for the wedding!! He responded saying that he was waiting on the engineers to tell him whether or not the curved style would work with the design. He did eventually get back with us and we placed our order and got the band the week of the wedding.
The product quality for Moissanite Co. jewelry is excellent. The correspondence was all online- either with customer service chat or email so that was moderately hairy at times but other than that, I have no complaints.

This past weekend, my husband gave me a beautiful new moissaniteco ring. We had chosen the ring together months prior and he gave it to me as a suprise on a beautiful weekend get away. The ring is style eng580, with an 8x6 forever brilliant center stone( 1.52 carat equiv.) surrounded by a halo and stones on the band. I must say that the animated pictures on the site simply do not do the ring justice. It is literally the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. In person, the ring is much more delicate and feminine, the craftsmianship is beautiful. In some lighting, the ring does have a very slight yellow hue; it honestly doesnt make the ring less beautiful and only I would notice it.In direct sunlight, florencents, and dim lighting, the ring sparkles beautifully, incredible fire. I have recieved so many compliments on my new ring. I would highly suggest this product to anyone researching moissanite.9/10 on the hardness scale, perfectly clear and crazy fire. What an amazing value for the money. Thank you so much moissaniteco!

I ordered my wedding band from Moissanite Co. I wanted an eternity band, and all diamond is very costly. My husband warned me against it, but with such great reviews, I figured I could trust the quality. I was first very pleased when I saw my band! Then I held it up to my engagement ring. It was slightly yellowish, especially in certain lighting. When put next to my diamond engagement ring, it was clear that I had 2 different colors going on. After my wedding, I wore the band for 6 days before one of the stones already fell out. I could not believe it! My engagement ring is a semi eternity and none of those stones have ever fallen out. Chris with customer service responded very quickly when i was about to purchase, but now that I had a problem it was very difficult to get a response. Unfortunately, I was duped like others on this site and have a wedding band with stones that I fear will forever fall out. Brides, you are better off buying real diamond jewelry with a warranty then fall for their "inexpensive" scam. The lifetime cost of constant repairs winds up totaling much more than real diamond jewelry. I sent my ring back for repair #1, and after 2 weeks I have not heard a peep from them. I saw that it arrived, but have not received an email or phone call confirmation that they have it and are doint the repairs. STAY AWAY!

Solitaire ring looks better in person than pictures. Very large stock of many styles, fast response to my email questions. Time to manufacture and ship ring just as indicated on web site. The Moissanite ring is absolutely stunning. I obsessively looked for my certain style at many sites...moissanite.co's price was the best. Very very pleased with product and service!!

My engagement ring is from Moissanite Co and I LOVE it! Both me and my fiance are very concerned about the conflict diamond situation and this was a great alternative. It also happens to be a beautiful stone that sparkles even more than diamond! I get compliments on it all the time. I also bought my wedding ring with them but had to return due to it not fitting with e-ring. The customer service was incredibly prompt and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend them. Go to Moissanite instead of Jared or Kay who are shady as hell and dont provide any documents proving their diamonds are conflict-free.

Overall I have been very pleased with the ring my husband purchased for me on Moissanite Co. They were very helpful at the beginning when he picked it out and were able to customize the exact ring size as mine is a three-quarter size ring. Many other companies only sell in the 1/2 and whole sizes. My moissanie stone is identical to a diamond and everyone is always commenting on how beautiful my big diamond is. Well worth the money. That said, I did get a small chip in it (without realizing) about 3 months into having it. They were willing to exchange it for $75 which is a bit steep considering my husband paid a ton and I don't remember even hitting it. They said like diamond sometimes they chip. Anyway, I did exchange it and it has been fine for the 9 or so months since then. I am still very pleased with the stone, setting and have never had any of the stones fall out. If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose this company and ring again. Ethically and environmentally it is the best way to go as well!

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring in May, 2011 from Moissanite Co. It was a beautiful ring - LOVE Moissanite! However, by July 4th one of the stones had fallen out. So, I spent 21.00 to send it back to be fixed. I felt grateful to have the ring fixed and get it back two weeks later. When I got it back I put it on my finger and then went to make dinner. Before I could boil water a different stone fell out. So I spent another 21.00 to send it back again. Once again thankful to have it fixed. After another 2 weeks I got it back and within one day of having it on my finger a different stone on the setting fell out. I had enough and was unable to call to voice my frustration. I could only e-mail/instant message a customer service representative. I was then told I could pick out another ring, and that it had never happened before - that I was just rough on my ring. So, I was the bad guy and was made to pick out a ring to replace the one I was married with. So I spent another 21.00 to send the ring back and told them what ring I wanted to exchange it for. Two weeks later, without warning, they charged my card for the difference in rings. I had just paid another bill so our bank charged us an additional fee. The company then claimed that I was lucky to have my ring fixed 3 times and that they would be willing to pay $20 for the bank. To say the least I am furious with their customer service. I pray nothing happens to this ring because I never want to talk to this company again!!!!

The palladium scratches very easy and the finish comes off. Rings are lovely, just have more maintenance requirements than gold or platinum and diamond.

Alright...here\'s my point of view...hopefully it\'ll help other bride\'s considering using moissaniteco. Please bear in mind I am a Canadian customer, maybe that changes things.\r\n\r\n-I received my ring about 2-3 weeks after ordering, which is what I expected.\r\n-AFTER taking the little tags of the rings, I noticed that the main stone (it\'s a solitaire) was set noticeably crooked. LADIES...don\'t be stupid like me, inspect the ring COMPLETELY before taking the tags off!\r\n-I was able to send it back, but didn\'t get it back for a month, due to customs delays (not the company\'s fault, but just consider this if you\'re not closeby. I had a local jeweler refuse to do any work since it was not their own ring).\r\n-Even after repairs there are noticeable flaws (in the prongs and such). Moissaniteco states this is because the ring is handmade. I have mixed opinions on this. I have also had 2 stones fall out in less than 6 months. Again, mixed opinions.\r\n-I bought palladium because I have allergic reactions to some metals, and still react to this if I wear it too much. Bear that in mind before you pay extra for it.\r\n-When I needed to phone them, they never picked up their phone and did not have an answering service.\r\n\r\nOverall, I love my ring. I LOVE LOVE LOVE moissanite. But if I were to do it again I would not order through moissaniteco.

Watch out!! My husband just bought me a ring from this Company. If you are a special size as I am. No returns. I looked at reviews and found out they are happy to take your money not so happy to deal with if you have a problem. I sold fine jewlery for years was happy to have a CZ ring for the last 4 years. My husband wanted to suprise me with this ring. I don't like it looks so fake and small for what he paied. My CZ looks so much better. I can't even find out about returning it till they get back in the office after the first of the year. The website says no returns if you need a size they don't offer. Also realy high restocking fees. So look out found some really bad reviews and some fake ones from the Company!!

Because of our opposition to the Diamond Trade, FI and I were so happy to find out about Moissanites! Moissanite Co. was very helpful with all of the questions I had before we made our purchase, and just as helpful after. I was able to purchase a colored Moissanite engagement ring without any problems, and when I had to send it back to be resized, it was back on my finger in a matter of 10 days. I will definitely consider purchasing from Moissanite Co. again!

I love my Moissanite ring!!! I get complements on it practically everyday I wear it. My hubby and I could not afford expensive rings when we got married, so we thought we were settling, but this is a high quality product that I will enjoy for a lifetime.

I got the Multi-Prong Halo Round Moissanite Engagement Ring
Model No: eng657 in 1.5 carats, and it is really stunning. We bought it for around $1,200. I have smaller hands, so the 1.25 carat probably would have been a better fit for me, but they did not offer this size when we purchased my ring like 5 years ago.

Now that I have this ring, I prefer Moissanite over diamonds. I used to have a real diamond ring, 2 carates (with my ex). Also, don't buy platinum. It is not practical for everyday use (super heavy).

The Moissanite shine is incredible, it is lighter than a diamond, I don't have to clean it as often, and I have never lost a stone. My wedding ring looks like a $20,000 piece of jewelry. And when I do get complements, I am very proud to tell people that it is Moissanite, because I think that people think I'm smart for not spending a fortune on jewelry.

We decided to purchase my wedding band and engagement ring from Moissanite Co. because they had both moissanite gems and palladium settings.

What are those, you ask? Moissanite is(a man-made diamond look-alike that's as close to the real thing as you can get. You can read about it at diamondssuck.com. I like to think that I'm supporting the scientists instead of the blood trade, and it's also more affordable. Palladium is similar to platinum but more affordable, and just starting to be used in jewelry.

Moissanite Co. had a great selection, and when we emailed them about specific rings, they even sent us discount/sale notifications about those rings. Shipping was also easy and quick. Just be careful that you don't take the little white tag off a ring until you know you want to keep it, because otherwise returns or exchanges aren't allowed.
