I only used MMD for lighting, chairs and linen and I was very happy with the way the room turned out. In my case, they basically executed my vision but they did professionally and exactly the way I wanted. They made a mistake on my invoice and luckily I caught it but it was corrected immediately. I would recommend this vendor for their responsiveness and value.

After spending months doing all the planning ourselves, we hired MMD Events to help us with "Day of" service which included several in-person meetings, many emails and phone calls in the weeks before the wedding. Amanda guided us through all the final arrangements, last minute changes and made sure all was in order. She brought our attention to some important items that had been overlooked by the venue, made fantastic suggestions we had not considered but were able to work into the plan, made a timeline of events that she sent to all in the wedding party, and she and her staff were with us all day the day of the wedding guiding us and keeping us on time. And best of all, she picked up all our wedding decorations and favors at our house, set them up at the reception and then cleaned up and delivered everything back to our home after the wedding. If not for her and her staff we would not have had such a smooth and enjoyable day. MMD Events was not only HIGHLY professional but also personable and friendly. If we were able to give a rating higher than 5, MMD Events would deserve it! Amanda and Matt were great to work with and were so accommodating. Even though we had a limited budget, they were willing to work and re-work everything so that they stayed within our budget and yet the final result was so high-end and absolutely gorgeous that it looked like we had spent many times over our budget. They are so imaginative and think outside the box and all of the floral designs were exquisite while keeping with the theme of our wedding. They decorated the church, the reception, and all the wedding party flowersWe also had MMD provide our lighting and lounge seating which were both incredible! We recommend MMD Events, and Amanda and Matt, for any wedding event or other event.

Amanda with MMD events was wonderful to work with. She truly was an asset with making my wedding a success. She had great ideas and input into the decorations, colors, and the look and feel of my wedding.
I cannot say enough how beautiful my center pieces were...she did a fantastic job with all of my decorations. Each element that she managed exceeded my expectations and looked absolutely amazing.
Additionally, she was honest and completely upfront with costs; there were no hidden fees. When I provided her with my budget she did not blink even though it was not large. She took my budget and made sure every dollar counted, and made sure it was beautiful.
Amanda and Matt with MMD events were honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure it was an amazing event for me. I could not have found more wonderful and professional people to trust with my special day.

MMD Events was my wedding planner for my May 3rd, 2009 wedding and I really cannot say enough good things about the job they did. I started working with them over a year before my wedding and they also planned and decorated my engagement party. I knew after the amazing job they did on my engagement party that my wedding would truly be one of a kind, but I couldn't have even dreamed of how amazing it came out to be! From the decor to every last detail, MMD Events pored their heart and soul into my wedding as if it was their own. Amanda made sure that no detail was left undone no matter how small, which is one of the reasons they truly stand out from other wedding planners. Every bride says they want their wedding to be unique and different than every other wedding, but thanks to Amanda and Matt, it really was!! Amanda and Matt took the time to really get to know me and my husband and what we like which made all the difference. I love desserts and Amanda came up with the idea to hire Coldstone which I have never seen before at a wedding, and it was the hit of the night! I have received an overwhelming amount of compliments about the decor, but most of all the details. I highly recommend MMD Events to future brides, there is just nobody else that will take such care and concern for your wedding as they will!!

We are so thankful to have found MMD Events for our wedding design and coordination. My husband and I are both artists and had a pretty clear vision of what kind of wedding we wanted but we needed someone to help make that vision come to life as well as coordinate the day of events.
Amanda and Matt were wonderful at finding things that we could create ourselves to give our wedding our own creative touch. Amanda was a great help in communicating our needs to vendors, was easy-going and organized and really calmed down the wedding storm. She was absolutely amazing with styling, even within our modest budget, and knew which top of the line products and styles we would like and could utilize for a high-end feel. Our wedding and reception were absolutely beautiful.
Matt can build anything which can make everyday places into gorgeous wedding sites. He is optimistic and a pleasure to be around. As a couple the two are wonderful to work with, especially in wedding planning since their love is so clear, both for each other and what they do for the couple’s event! We are very grateful and pleased to have worked with MMD Events and had so much fun that we’re planning to do it all again in fifteen years!

Service is outstanding, Value is outstanding and above and beyond that AND most importantly...they are great people and trustworthy. Amanda and Matt were fabulous. They coordinated our ideas and made them all come to reality. They did specialty linen, favors ideas, place cards, escort cards, decor, cocktail hour decoration, center pieces, and ceremony decorations. The challenge of this event was to bring the fall season to a beach venue. My wife and I are from Boston, MA and met in the fall. We wanted a wedding that brought together the spirit of the fall ( apples, pumpkins, cinnamon, warmth, fall colors, leaves, etc.) to our sand key beach location. The experience with MMD was beyond expectations. They coordinated the entire event and left my wife and I carefree to enjoy our wedding day. Amanda and Matt helped us stay on track with details so our day would be perfect. They were full of ideas and imagination and truly converted our event to our dreams: A fall in Love wedding on a beach. We had the best of both worlds: the beach and a warm northern-like fall. FABULOUS, FABULOUS FABULOUS! Amanda Allen was amazing. She helped with everything from linens, decor and planning every detail. We also hired MMD Events for their lounge furniture. They did such a great job and I don't know what I would have done without them!
