We booked Ed 6 months before our wedding and paid him 1/3 of our total agreement as a deposit, I tried contacting him about 6 weeks before the wedding with no response. I tried to reach Ed via email and phone. Ed never responded to my calls or emails in which I was very professional and polite. Finally 3 weeks before the wedding I requested a refund, still no answer. I had to call my credit card and dispute the transaction, I also reported him to the Better Business Buerau. We went with Ed because he seemed nice via email and offered us a great deal. I even checked out some work he had done for someone else. Spend the little extra, get a number that is not 1-800....... and find someone willing to take your calls and call you back.
