Harvey was great to work with. He made our groom's cake into a giant xbox controller and we got so many compliments on it. The cake was delivered and completely set up at our rehearsal before we even got there which was great. Same goes for the wedding cake. It was stunning. I will definitely recommend Harvey to family and friends.

I would recommend meringue bakery for anyone considering having them do their wedding cake. We ended up with an amaretto white wedding cake and the grooms cake was a strawberry delight filling. All the guests I spoke to loved the cake. Overall, meringue was professional and great to work with.

Amazing. My wedding cake was perfect. I am so glad I used Meringue Bakery. Not only did siv give me a better price than some of the other bakeries in town, but her cakes taste the best. Not too sweet, and very moist. My wedding cake tasted just like the one she gave me at the consultation. As far as the design, Siv made that part of the process easy. I came to the consultation with a few pictures of cakes I liked, and we created my own cake from that. I highly recommend this bakery, Siv is the best!

My cake was beautifully executed to a T based on the design I discussed with the designer. The consultation was professional and relaxed; all of their flavors taste fabulous. The Vanilla cake with Kalhua Italian Meringue is my favorite.
The moment I walked into the reception hall and saw the cake in its entirety, I was overwhelmingly pleased...then when I got my first bite (and then full piece later, of course) I was even more pleased. We had 175 guests, a cake that served 200 and almost every piece was gone. The caterer saved me a section of the cake to take home and while we were away on my honeymoon, my grandpa ate a piece for desert every night...that's how good the cake was!
