Men's Wearhouse came through for us. All of our Tuxedos came in on time. Mine was a little too wide in the waist but I was able to correct that problem. They could use some more people working in the tux department cause once it got a few people in there it was hard to get any service. But I have to say all in all we were happy with our tuxes.

Very Nice Attire.

Initially when the grooms men tried on the tuxes they look really big and but they actually looked really good at the wedding. I just think to rent them is overpriced. All in all it was an ok experience.

really disappointed with my menswear for the wedding. my husband's tux was way too big and his shirt was two sizes too big and they wouldn't replace it calling it standard. They got my shirt order incorrect and while my men were all handsome they didn't have on what i picked out at all. Would not use them ever again.

Great place for putting together the attire for all the guys when they are spread all over the map.

Out of the 7 tuxes....only one I believe was actually measured right...Each of the groomsmen and also the groom had to hurry and get the alterations completed the day before the wedding because they were too short in the arms, legs or too small in the waist...or all of them. It was fixed however but they did not at any point offer to discount the rental fees or anything and they must have the tuxes back within 48 hours or you lose all of your deposit...which meant the "free" grooms tux was not free...

Overall the service was great, except for one employee did not know how to measure for a tuxedo! One of the usher's tuxedo did not fit any part of his body. The entire tux had to be reordered, although it was done quickly and we were able to pick up the new one the next day!

We got what we wanted as far as a great look! We had some issues when picking up and returning the tux. It's the last thing you want to deal with when you are on your honeymoon! I doubt we will use them again or reccomend them to anyone.

Rather strict rules for bookings, and not everything we got fit right in the end.

Well, the corporation is terrible... but the folks in the actual stores are tremendous.

A month before our wedding, after everyone except DH had been fitted for their tuxes, DH goes in on the next-to-last day allowed for fitting (two weeks before the wedding) only to discover that they have DISCONTINUED his vest style. There's not even a single plain white vest style that he can replace it with... The only styles that he can choose from are three styles that they *haven't* discontinued, and they're just plain hideous, and won't match what anyone else is wearing at all. DH calls me at work to give me the bad news, and we decide to return later that evening and see what alternatives we have.

We go back later that evening and are helped out by a saint of a salesman, who calls a friend of his wife's up in the main shipping center, who hacks through the system and orders our vest... the one we'd wanted originally... and everything turns out all happily-ever-after.

So, I may question George Zimmer's business practices a bit... and it really could've been a bit of a disaster... but the people he's hired to dig him out of the holes his corporation gets into are second-to-none. I don't know if I'd recommend them, given the uncertainty that headquarters puts their operations through, but they're very convenient if you have people coming in from all over, and their people really do understand how important your wedding is to you.

They are what to be expected from a national chain. Poor service, but the tuxes looked nice. Too bad there's no one there that will help you make your decision. I'm a guy, I don't know what looks nice with what. Bring your wife-to-be on this one!

MW is great for tuxes and offered a nice discount of $20 off each groomsmen's tux and a free tux for the groom. All of the guys were measured in different cities and picked up the tuxes the day before. Everyone's sizes worked out great, and no one had to worry about returning them before the wedding for a resize. However, we ordered bowties for the groom and groomsmen, but one groomsmen's tux had a regular tie. We didn't realize this until we were taking pictures 2 hours before the ceremony, and my mom called MW. They were very responsive and cooperative and brought us a bowtie to our location within an hour. We were impressed with this sense of urgency and customer service.

Great tuxedos at a great price!

They paid poor attention to the kind of dress I liked and ended up making a mistake on the charge. It was later straightened out, but not at all professionally.

They supplied all of the tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen and fathers...and they did a perfect job. Everything was properly measured and received right in time for the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tuxedo rentals!

We rented the men's tuxes from the Men's Wearhouse. We were very happy with the selection of tuxes, but most of all we got the best service from their staff. The prices were also very reasonable.
