My experience with Men's Warehouse wasn't horrible but it wasn't the greatest either. My pants were very bulky and not my size and the employee tried insisting that they were the right size. I had to complain about it to get my actual size. The bad part about renting tuxedos is that they are never really fitted the way you'd like. At the end of the day I looked fine.

A little pricey but were great looking tuxedos. Matching the dresses was seamless.

We actually used Men's Warehouse in Clearwater, FL. Sid was extremely helpful in helping us to organize our thoughts and ideas into a streamlined look for everyone. He picked out a suit for my husband and brought out options for our fathers and attendants. It was amazing how he listed to what we said and made it happen before our eyes. It was very affordable given the market and we now go to Men's Warehouse for all dress clothes for my husband!

We were disappointed in customer service at Mens Warehouse Citrus Park. While 4 of 7 tuxes not being measured/not fitting properly wasn't entirely their fault due to sizing at various locations; the aloof manner and lack of urgency with customer concern is on them. Maintaining ongoing personal conversations until finished while customers wait and seek them out is poor service as well. Having to be prodded into action by restating clearly what we needed done and fixed was poor. However customer service with Mens Warehouse at Dale Mabry was much better. They handled 2 tux fittings promptly and professionally w/courteous service, even running to the door to greet us.

My husband bought his wedding suit at Men's Warehouse and it looked wonderful. The tailor fitted it perfectly. We also reserved a tuxedo rental for my father (which came in as ordered) The only problem we experienced, and this has been very annoying, is that they put my husband's information into the computer under my father's name. The sales staff are too busy. We are receiving gift "certificates" in the mail to be redeemed under my fathers name, so we cannot use them. Also, my husband cannot use his lifetime tailoring because they cannot find his sale in the computer...

They were helpful for having groomsmen in different locations and did send emails to tell the guys theTux was ready. One of the groomsmen was missing a vest, which is annoying. Also, with their whole rental thing, there was a mix up between wanting a rental one or wanting to use the coupon to buy a Tux with the 5 that are paid, so make sure you clear that up first.

We used the Men's Warehouse in Lakeland. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of David's Bridal colors. Everything turned out perfect for the guys.

My husband and the male bridal party all used MW tux for their tuxedos. They were very accomodating with all of our out of state members of the bridal party. My husband received his suit for free with all paying members and the men all received a discount as well they were very considerate with all the last minute changes and worked well with my husband and I they are great at the Bruce B. Downs store I give the big kudos thank you for making our day great.

We used Men's Warehouse for all of our tuxes. 3 out of the 7 guys' tuxes were wrong when they went to pick them up the week of the wedding. One guys shirt was too small, the grooms pants were too short, and the best man's jacket was too tight. Luckily they were able to fix these problems in time, but it was still stressful. All in all, it was a good place to rent our tuxes because it had the kelly green color that we wanted, and seemed reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Men's Wearhouse. We used the store in Tampa on N. Dale Mabry. On the Friday before the wedding when my cousin went to pick up his tuxedo, he was told it had been sent to the Atlanta store instead of the Tampa store. Apparently even though my Aunt had confirmed several times that it was to be sent to Tampa, this did not happen. This was more the store in Atlanta's fault though. Luckily, they were able put a rush to get it there and on Saturday morning by 11 am, the tuxedo was in Tampa. Since our wedding was not until 5 pm, this worked out. But had it been an earlier wedding, this would have been a much bigger problem.

Also, we were told that Men's Wearhouse made one our groomsmen BUY his tuxedo! They told him that they could not rent one for him in his size. He isn't that large of a guy, so I am not sure why they couldn't rent him one.

And my husband's tuxedo needed some alterations done to it and the shoes they ordered for him were too small, so he had to come back 2 days later to get it, which wasn't a huge deal but slightly annoying. My husband felt like they really didn't take adequate measurements when he ordered the tux.

While everything did work out, I don't think we would use Men's Wearhouse again.

The value was there and their fittings ended up working very well!

Bought a suit at a Men's Warehouse in PA. By the time we traveled down to Florida it needed to be pressed for the wedding. We took it to Men's Warehouse in St. Pete and they pressed it free of charge in about 10 min. Great Service!

We needed 13 tuxes for our Florida wedding and Men's Warehouse did everything they could to make the process run smoothly. One of our guys lived all the way in PA and they made sure all of his measurements were sent to our local store and his tux came in with everyone elses. The price was great, because of the number of tuxes we purchased we recieved 2 of them for free! And they had a great selection of styles and colors.

I had alot of tuxes for my wedding and Mens Warehouse did all of them. They were very quick and the tuxes all looked really great. We had a couple that didnt fit exactly right and they fixed them right away. They folded the silk scarfs for all of the tuxes and it was such an easy return you just drop them of and sign a paper saying you dropped it off. I actually got two free tuxes because we had so many people. They did great and I would go through them again if I had to.

The were good. Nothing out of this world but nothing bad to say either. No problems here :)
