Great service but more expensive then most other places.

Men's Warehouse really let me down. First they told my father and grooms men that they would call when the tux's arrived so that they could try them on but none of them recieved a call. Then When we showed up on Friday 9/4 to have my groom try his tux on, the guy at the counter pointed to a big box on the floor and said that they were probably in there and not checked in yet so my husband would have to come back another day, but when I explained that the weddig was out of town and that we would be leaving the next morning he said, "Well we can't gaurantee that they will fit if they are not tried on." Then when my mother in law went to pick them up on the day before the wedding, they first gave her a hard time for not anyone trying them on. Then they cahrged her for my Grooms tux when it was supposed to be free because we had more than 4 tuxes rented and paid for. And they gave her a hard time. We had to call back after she had paid for my grooms tux, and they finally acknowledged their mistake and then instead of crediting her card we had to wait 10 days to recieve a refund check sent in the mail. The tuxes did look great and all of them fit fine at the wedding, But of all my vendors they were the only one's that I had a problem with. I found their attitude and unwillingness to help very unprofessional. Wish that I would have chosen a different company, but living in Idaho doesn't give you the greatest selection. And I chose them because it gave my groomsmen the best price option.

The people at this location are very nice. We picked Men's Warehouse because we had people renting tuxes in 4 states, and this was the easiest way to coordinate fittings. It's nice that MW has the coordinating colors with David's Bridal, because we picked the color of the ties based on my MOH's dress. When my fiance went in to pick up his tux (which was ready over a week before the big day), the only alteration that had to be made was that one pant leg was about an inch longer than the other -- a 5-minute fix, that happened while we waited. I would go to them again for a tux rental. Also, they have the deal where if 4 tuxes are rented, the groom's is free -- that was a nice perk! Plus, if you join their "perfect fit" club (which is free, and requires nothing of you), you get an additional $20 off the tux package. Great value.

All the guys that my husband and I met with were amazing to work with. They knew what their products and what would with my dress and what would just look plain weird. Their prices worked well with our budget.

The people at Men's Warehouse are very professional and make picking a tuxedo a very hassel free experience. My husband's wedding party live in 2 different states and they were able to find a Men's Warehouse in their area. The prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful to work with.

I thought they did an amazing job. They were very helpful about choosing a good tux for warm weather that was a great price. They had a couple of tuxes that came in wrong but since we did what they asked and tried them on the week before, we were able to get the right tuxes in with plenty of time to spare. They were so nice and helpful.

I told them what I wanted over the phone and they were able to give me exactly what I wanted! Service was wonderful and all the men looked great!

I am very tall and slender, and I had to go to get my tux altered three different times... a huge waste of time. I like it once they finally got it right though.
