  Absolutely amazing

  Tara played the cello at our wedding and it is something our guest are still raving about almost two months later. As a very picky bride, I do not have a single complaint!

  We were very happy with Tara and Mayfield Strings. They traveled to the Catskills for our wedding at The Inn at West Settlement, learned two songs for the ceremony at our request that made it really personal, and had a great selection of songs to choose from to fill out the rest of the ceremony. They made our lives easy the day of the wedding coordinating with the sound tech and owner of the venue to get set up.
  
  We'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a string group and got so many compliments from our friends and family!

  A Mayfield Strings quartet played at my daughter's wedding ceremony in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Cleveland on 12/10/206. They were wonderful. Their playing made the ceremony truly special. They arrived 30 minutes before the ceremony and played as the guests arrived which contributed to the whole ambience of the occasion. They had an extensive list of music to choose from both classical and modern. My daughter entered to Pachebel's Canon and left to the Beatles All You Need Is Love. Beautiful !

  Seriously one of my favorite things about my wedding. Tara, the manager went above and beyond. Don't hesitate booking Mayfield Strings. It's worth it!!!!

  Tara and Mayfield Strings were wonderful. She was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process of planning our wedding and made the task of choosing music for our ceremony easy and enjoyable. The music they provided at our ceremony was fantastic. It really made the atmosphere so beautiful and contributed an element of joy and grace to our big day that I will always be grateful for. We booked the violin and cielo duo, and they sounded every bit as good in person (if not more) than the samples they provided us beforehand. Could not recommend them more.

  Mayfield Strings played at my wedding 3 years ago, so when my son got engaged it was a absolute must that we arrange for them to play at his and my future daughter-in-laws wedding. The style of their live string ensemble is a perfect choice for an indoor and especially outdoor wedding venue. Just like our wedding, they performed beautiful music with wonderful classical arrangements.   Tara and Mayfield Strings were perfect for our ceremony. They were very responsive and professional. They had worked with our ceremony location before so there were no hiccups! They played beautifully and were perfect for our garden wedding!

  Mayfield Strings was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. We opted for a duo. Tara recommended pieces that would work well with only two instruments. Our Minister was very very late. During which time, our three year old niece was enamored with the strings. They even played her favorite Christmas tune upon request. Though I was not present during this time, her parents were thrilled they kept her amused. In the end she made it down the aisle as a flower girl because of them. Our guests were happy, I was happy. My only regret was not thanking them personally on the day of the event.

  Mayfield Strings was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They made selecting music really easy. Our ceremony was so beautiful with their string accompaniment. We also had them play during the cocktail hour as well and many guests have complimented them for their lovely sound. Their prices were also very reasonable.

There was a piece we wanted and Tara was able to find it and the group performed it at no addtional charge to us. We ran over our scheduled time and they stayed to till the very end. Their price quote was a little less than some other groups in the area, but be assured that their quality is top notch. We played phone tag frequently, therfore email served as the better contact method for us. She was promt in responding and was always willing to answer any questions/concerns. She even thought of a few things I didn't! Overall, I highly reccomend Tara and the Mayfield String Quartet!

When I asked if they could learn a new song for me, Tara went out of her way to try to find new sheet music and they did not charge us extra (I know that some companies will charge for the sheet music and for rehearsal time for a new song). Everything was great!

  The Mayfield String Quartet was great. They are professional musicians who studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music. My husband and I had trouble choosing the songs we wanted for the ceremony and they were willing to help us decide. They were very flexible with our set up (ceremony in one garden, then move to another garden for the cocktail hour). The music was beautiful and they even had some fun with the music they played for the cocktail hour.
