Consider alternatives in case your 'dream' display or set up may need to be modified to fit budget. Make sure your alternatives are still sub-components of your 'dream' wedding so you remain satisfied with the outcome. Trust the expertise of your wedding planner. Don't stress. Common ground and consensus with all of the vendors will occur with time. Again, trust your wedding planner as liaison between the vendors. Proactively inform your wedding planner of updates and renewed wedding visions. Be patient with the implementation process.

I was absolutely satisfied with the services provided by Maximized Events. They were professional, prompt with the price quotes and responses, and they were also flexible in the options that they provided. I also loved the fact that they were open to my input on what I wanted for my event. My guests were all very impressed!

The services rendered by Khadine, and her team at Maximized Events (ME) was exceptional! While their team is headquartered out of state, we were able to schedule meetings in which key members of their team visited us on several occasions to discuss pertinent details of our event.
Kay was an absolute gem! Her attitude, professionalism, and patience with my in-laws... was just what i needed to ease my mind in the weeks leading up to our special day. It was also refreshing to have to such an experienced event planner be so resourceful and budget conscious.
Overall, we're still getting comments about our wedding! Even our pastor said "now that's how you do it!".
