Max & Me is the exclusive caterer at the National Constitution Center, our reception venue. Although we couldn't compare them to any other caterer, they provided excellent service. The food was good, especially the beef filet and appetizers. Their service was outstanding; we got several compliments on the waiters (really!) They also took our special requests seriously and delivered as promised (we requested alcohol-free sauce for a few guests, a vegan plate, and roasted cherry tomatoes that didn't squirt when speared and they did it all.) They had a sales staff change during the planning stages and we had a few coordination issues to work out (I ended up working directly with the bakery to insure that our cake preferences were understood.) They are also at the upper end of the price range, (we had a dual plate and upgraded liquor package), but they honored their ‘09 prices for us which we very much appreciated. We would recommend them based on the quality of their wait staff and the food.
