SO happy I used this company! Julie and Trish were so helpful 'cuz I had no idea what music I should have played at my ceremony. They helped me so much. I finally picked a solo violin for pre ceremony then a flute, violin cello trio for my ceremony and then had a steel drummer for cocktail hour. My music was AWESOME and really made my ceremony so perfect!

Julie at Master Musicians was so wonderful to work with. I used Master Musicians for a company event and then decided to use them for my wedding after I was so pleased with their services. We hired a string duo for our ceremony and a pianist for our cocktail hour. Both groups arrived in plenty of time, set up, played beautifully, and left only when all the guests had left their area. I am so pleased with the services they have provided and the music played was even more beautiful. I felt like I was in a dream the entire time because it was so magical. Thank you Master Musicians!

We are so happy we used Master Musicians for the live music during our ceremony. We had a Cello and Violin and it was absolutely beautiful. Julie and Trish were absolutely wonderful to work with! We were extremely happy with not only the service provided by Master Musicians, but also by the quality of their musicians! We requested a musician for our Friday evening dinner (the day before our wedding), a string quartet for our ceremony and following cocktails, and a classical pianist during dinner. I was very particular about the musical details of each of these events and was extremely pleased with each event - they even did specific requests of my favorite classical pieces.

Master Musicians was on the recommended list at the Ritz Carlton, where we held our wedding, and I would highly recommend their services, as well.

Thank you again, Julie and Trish, for all of your help for our wedding - great job!!!!

Beyond expectations. Very pleased with the talent and received raved reviews from all our guests. Was very happy that the artist was able to extend the time and continue to play due to the ceremony being delayed. Recommend this company hands down 110% percent to everyone!

Julie at Master Musicians was so helpful in helping me choose the right music for my wedding. She took the time to see what mood we wanted and gave us plenty of options to choose from. We went with a Violinist for the ceremony and a Keyboardist for the reception and it was wonderful. It was just what me and my husband wanted. The musicians where on time and very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Although the music was great, we were very disappointed with this vendor. The musicians were late and because they only had an hour to play during the cocktail hour, the time could not be made up. We spent a lot of money and got very little for the price.

The musicians claimed that they were stuck in traffic. They should have allowed extra time for travel!

Master Musicians Inc. responded with the following comments:

Dear "Mother of the Bride"
We at Master Musicians are of course not surprised that the music was "great", as our musicians are extremely talented receiving compliments all of the time. However, we are extremely surprised at your situation. We had several events that day, which was over a month ago, and until now never heard of ANY negative mishaps. This occurence is very uncommon for us as we have been chosen 2007, 2008, and 2009 Best of Weddings Pick by The Knot magazine, been part of channel WPBF's A list,and a 2009 Brides' Choice award winner. These awards certainly do not come without the hard work and dedication of our entire Master Musicians staff. We at Master Musicians pride ourselves on customer service and our professionalism and are sad that we were never informed of this problem at any time before, during or after your event so that we could have had the oportunity to correct it. Our company has strict policies and procedures in place to prevent problems like this from occuring and would have done our best to get another musician to you in a timeley manner. With over 160 musicians on staff each event is assigned a back up musician in the case of an unfortunate unexpected problem. Master Musicians does realize that noone or company is perfect, but we certainly try to do our best with all of our events working closely with each client from start to finish. Master Musicians apologizes for your situation if it was in fact due to our musicians tardiness. We are hopeful that spite the tardiness of your cocktail hour musicians your daughter had a perfect wedding day and enjoys a long life full of nothing but love and happiness.

The saxophonist was awesome! He did an excellent job even though I booked at the last minute. I will definitely use Master's Musicians again.

The ceremony music was done beautifully and there is not much more else to say! My in-laws really dealt with the booking of them but from what they told me, they were great! I am so happy we had them do the music. It was an outdoor wedding and it really added to the ambiance of it all. If you are having an outdoor S. Fla wedding, I recommend them!

We had a string trio for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They were dressed appropriately, were very nice and played beautifully. It was a intimate, elegant touch.

Masters Musicians was able to provide a spanish guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
He played the wedding march beautifully.
