We ordered a titanium ring for my husband's wedding band. It was reasonably priced, the service was excellent and the ring arrived exactly when promised.

I have heard good things about this jewelry store, but our experience was not good. We went in to get our wedding rings sized. They measured us, and it took 4 weeks to get them back. Then when we did get them back, my wedding ring was a quarter size too small. My husband's wedding ring was sized to the wrong size and they had sized it OVAL, not round! My husband took the receipt back to get it resized, and they are fixing it for free (I would hope so). We still don't have not heard back from them. I would not recommend.
