My husband picked out both my band and engagement ring at Marks and Morgan.. and knowing him i know he was a headache to handle.. because he wants to make sure that he picks the right one and will look over and over again.. and from what he told me the sales rep treated very well and were patience with him.. when i had to go in and get cleaning they were friendly and helpful.. as well as when i had to get my ring sent off to get sized twice.. they told me when it would come back and they always kept there word. They have some great deals , when you can catch them and i continue to recieve complements on my rings..
The staff here is wonderful, friendly, and NOT pushy! We had a great experience and they are diamond certified. The rings came with a diamond warranty, and a metal warranty that could be purchased for a minimal fee. The quality is very high and the prices are very reasonable. Great place, great diamonds!
